Been on hold 20 min on the 407 number after getting nothing but a busy signal on the 800 #. Got the recorded message right away after doing the 3 prompt for MS, hope not too much longer.

We're all confirmed. We got our first choice - connecting rooms, Cat. 6. We were also told that gratuities are INCLUDED for this cruise!!! Definitely makes up for the extra 6 points/pp
