DCL Credit When paying with Rewards Card

Does anyone know if you book a DCL cruise through a travel agent and then use your Disney Rewards Card to pay for it how you get the shipboard credit that is currently offered? Does the travel agent have to request it for you or should you automatically receive it when the charge is posted?

To get the credit, you're supposed to provide code DCC when booking with DCL. Make sure your TA is booking direct with DCL (and provides the code) and not reselling you a package of some kind.
