DC eating - Verizon Center area

Looking for a suggestion on where to eat that is near the Verizon Center. We're going to see Trans-Siberian Orchestra on Wednesday and want a nice place to eat prior.

Nice restaurants near the Verizon Center include

Jaleo---Spanish tapas
Zaytinya---Middle Eastern/Mediterranean tapas
Poste---Brasserie
Rosa Mexicano---upscale Mexican chain restaurant


Reservations necessary at all of the above.

You are also right in the middle of Chinatown there. I haven't been down in a while so I can't give specific recommendations, but you should be able to find some good chinese down there.

If you are more into chains, there's a legal seafood and a clydes right there. Thai Chili is pretty good Thai food. There's also an Austin Grill and Asia Nine is supposed to be pretty good. If you're looking more for a quick eat (you pay at register and they deliver to you, but they do have wine) I HIGHLY recommend Nando's Peri Peri.

We were going to try Clyde's but they didn't have any reservations available at the time we need to eat.

We will probably end up at Austin Grill.
