Yeah it is trending everywhere and it said the actors were informed too. They do have to finish out the year though. Megan is still in contract with fox for another year.

Not why they think a talk show would be a good way to go. Guess we wait and see.

i saw the previews for next week, yes Anna is back as is Carrie and Austin for a short bit.

Can't believe they made JJ a detective already. He does nothing for me as a cop. But I guess none of the ones that are on there do there jobs anyway.

In the preview it shows Chloe about to tell Nicole the truth but my guess is Demios is going to come charging in again and she will stop. Tried of this really.

I did here about the cancellation. I'm heartbroken about this. I have watched Days since the first episode. I will miss all the regulars. I guess the "Days" of soap operas is about over.

Megan?? Really?? I for one will definitely not be watching.

I don't care for Megyn Kelly. How many talk shows can NBC have on during the day anyway? I will not watch either.

Not confirmed yet. Same chatter has been going on yearly for awhile, but it just seems like a real possibility this time.
It's just hard to believe that this show I grew up with may cease to exist. Wish they had DVDs. I would love to have mid-80's episodes. Love the 80s super couples-- esp Bo & Hope, and original Roman & Marlena. Miss the adventure & romance storylines and filming on location.

Yes, I know what you mean. I've "only" watched DOOL for about 15 years now, but the ones I watched for over 30 years were All My Children and One Life to Live, sadly gone now.

I know we can't afford new sets but did Prague really have to look like Kate's house with the desk moved to the double doors. I believe the pictures I saw were the couch from the Demeria's living room. Of off course the cafe was the Demeria backyard wall with Chloe's cafe tables they always use...lol

Way to much Hope today Really want this storyline to end soon. I fast fowarded though most of the show today. Maybe they do need to cancel it.

I am tired of the jail story too. They need better story lines and please tell Abby to wear a brighter shade of lipstick. Surely the makeup department can come up with something. These nude shades are not flattering at all.

I agree that Megyn will not last long. There are too many talk shows on now and I just don't like Megyn at all. I really wish Sammy and EJ could be lured back. They always had such great chemistry together.

Days of our Lives fans saw Maria Tornberg debut in Salem for the first time as Agent Reznik earlier this week. Unfortunately, the actress experienced a horrific real-life crime this past fall.

She was forced to make an unfathomable choice when an intruder broke into her home. In order to save her own life, she jumped out of the second story of her house and landed on concrete causing severe injury to herself. However, the actress’s quick thinking did indeed save her life.

Unfortunately, her choice caused horrific injuries. Both her heels shattered, her T12 vertebrae of her spine broke, and both her hands sustained fractures. Tornberg received casts on every limb of her body, which led to a long-term hospital stay.

Now, she’s left with months of grueling rehab in an effort to fully recover, and she’ll be wheelchair bound for at least six months. You can follow Tornberg and cheer her on in her recovery on her Instagram account.

Days is a shell of its former self. It hasn't really been must see for nearly 10 years, imo.


I wish Megyn the best, however, I won't be watching her during the day.

Disappointed in how Anna's character was written. She's always been a bit zany but not "shoot into a crowd of people" out there.
I never liked Austin Peck but didn't like Patrick Muldoon last time he was on either.
If they're going to bother bringing back old characters, they should write decent storylines for them and have a purpose for them being there.

I thought Patrick Muldoon gave off such a strong gay vibe during his last go round. I was never a big Austin Peck fan (except for his shirtless scenes). I really like Carrie with Mike during the Wesleys/Crazy Ali and her mother storyline.

And yes, Anna was always eccentric, but never a nutcase loon.

I haven't been watching, but need to do some catch up as Carrie and Austin are back. What I was watching over winter break was being ff because it was dull.

I've been watching since January 1998 and would be sad to see the show go. Watched Loving for a few years before that was canceled and restructured as The City, which was later canceled. Watched the first season or two of Port Charles, but that too was canceled after a few years. Watched the last season of Sunset Beach before it was cancelled. Watched Passions from the beginning, but that too was cancelled. In it's defense it wasn't that great. As you can tell, I'm use to cancelled soaps, lol. I did read that there was the possibility of CBS buying Sony and the show moving to CBS to be added to their soap line up. Anyone hear details on this?

Oh I hope that's true RangerPooh. I watched Another World until it was cancelled and then Somerset until that was cancelled. I was beginning to think that anything I liked was automatically cancelled. LOL
