We once again head for Magic Kingdom and this time it is empty even the car parks, our taxi driver comments that we have picked a good day to come.

Once in Main Street we see a few characters out and make our way to the castle.

First stop is Mickey’s Philharmagic which I just love, we only have to wait about 10 mins to be seated and for the first 5 mins there is only a handful of us waiting although a few more do arrive after. From here we head for Cinderellabration as I lost my photos last time. I really enjoyed it although in all honesty I don’t think DH felt the same.

After that we sit and have an ice cream before riding Peter Pan. After Peter Pan it’s across to a small world after all no visit to MK would be complete if I didn’t ride this one.

We walk over to Big Thunder Mountain where DH gets a couple of fast passes and head for Splash Mountain while we are waiting. There is no queue for this and so after we get off we go straight back on again.

We decide that maybe twice is enough and use our fast passes for BTM although we didn’t really need them. I didn’t like this one the first time we came but I was prepared to give it another go and I still didn’t like it so I shan’t be going on it again. We decide to catch the train from BTM so head for the station. I obviously wasn’t the only one who doesn’t like BTM as a poor woman was trying to convince her daughter that this train was just an ordinary one and nothing was going to happen but her little girl wasn’t going to be placated.

We get off the train and see Cruella DeVille and make our way past Mickey’s and Minnie’s houses and stop to have a go on the Indy car ride. Pretty tame really I don’t think I went past 5 mph it certainly wasn’t worth the 20 min queue. We carry onto Tomorrow Land and have a drink and a packet of crisps at the Launch Pad and then onto the Transit Ride. DH wants to go on Buzz Lightyear but I tell him it is for children only with adults so he skips that and we head back to MK. By now it is nearly time for the parade so I find a spot and watch and don’t you just know I run out of memory on my card but never mind I manage to get a few photos and at least I got to see it this time.

Parade over we head back to the monorail to go make our way back to the I-Drive. We are both extremely hot and tired by now so after having a shower and a rest it’s off for a quick bite to eat before watching a bit of TV before bed.

Great trip report, your photos are wonderful! :cheer2:

Lovely photos and a brillaint trip report.

Thanks for sharing.

Didn't you want to ride Buzz then Cazzie :rotfl: Me and DH went on it 3 times and we didn't have kids with us.

Magic Kingdom certainly is a great park and, when it's quiet, it's even better. Philarmagic is my favourite 3D show, I think.

Thanks everyone for you kind comments.

Joh I really thought that Buzz was for the youngsters only so I told him he wouldn't be able to ride it without looking daft. :rotfl: I agree about Philharmagic it is my favourite and thinking about it we watched it twice that day once when we arrived and then again before the parade.
