He is pretty sweet most of the time ...He can be a B R A T sometimes too though.

Hi Farrah,

I'm so sorry to hear about this. I'm a long time lurker, who followed your trip report from last year. Along with Tanya, and Alicia's as well. When I read that all of you were going again this September and planning another glow meet, I thought I'd come out of "lurkdome" and join in as we are going in September as well.....However, we don't arrive until September 17. Oh well....

Anyway, I know the struggles with the system all too well. I was a foster parent for 14 years (quit last year). I have adopted four kids through foster care. I have three boys and one girl. My youngest two boys (ages 7 and 2) are full bio-sibs. My oldest son is 14, and my daughter is 10.

I could share stories with you that would make your skin crawl. I'm so sorry with what happened with that little girl you were interested in. Makes one wonder sometimes....Is it really about the child?

On the same note, if a "forever" little girl is meant to come your way...She'll find her way to you. Keep the faith! (((Farrah)))

First of all thanks for reading and following over from my TR- that seems soo long ago
I wish we were going during the same times this year, I would love to chat with you about your experiances.

Congrats on adopting the children you have, you must be a very loving, giving, unselfish person to do that. I have to admit there were times I was scared thinking about adopting, wondering if I would love her the same as I do my boys, wondering if I could raise her fianancially etc...but when it came down to it... I just DIDNT CARE...She melted my heart, and I couldnt fanthom (still cant) not knowing where shell end up.
It really sucks that it has happened this way,..... and I am still having trouble coping with their descion... I still do see her when I am at my sisters house and she ALWAYS comes a runnin to me with a smile on her face. Its gonna be hard to say goodbye to her forever when the time comes and she is officially adopted and gone from my life forever. I have just gotten so close to her and bonded with her, ya know.
Like you said maybe god has something different planned for my family, aswell as the baby girls. I guess time will only tell...and hopefully help heal my broken heart.
