I was going to mention her too, it was so unfair to her when Jerry Rice remained and she was voted off.

Too true! Stacy was a great dancer and should have been in the final two. But at least she made it to the semi-finals, Sabrina should have made it at least that far too.

I don't think there is any rule about having/not having previous dance training. Maybe there should be... maybe not.

On another point, I have to say it also really bothers me when the judges come down hard on the dancers who are leading the pack... as if they were professional ballroom dancers. For all they have to learn to do and remember they should be judged on how far they've come, not on how far the judges think they should/could have come by "that point in the competion".

But I simply cannot stand that woman.

She is very obviously nothing but a skank.
I have never seen her exhibit any redeeming qualities.

The way she uses strings and rags as dancing costumes is just horrid.

I have always called her last name by replacing the 'ew' in slewinski with 'ut'.

And you're basing this opinion just on what she wears? I agree her costumes are teeny tiny, but I think calling her a skank and a slut is a little harsh! I've always thought she was pleasant in interviews and with her partners, I would call those redeeming qualities

I think Jennie might win in it; I was really upset to see Sabrina go. She was very entertaining to watch. I think they are all talented, it will be interesting to see who is in the finals.

*shrugs* i usually like what Edyta's wearing. and NO i don't dress like that. it's only to dance in, anyway. when they show her out and about or rehearsing she's always fully covered. i guess if i had a body like that, i'd show it off, too.

Ohhh, I do not mean any disrespect to Emmit. He seems like a great guy, and he did do a good job dancing..

However, I still maintain that NO WAY should he have been the winner.

And, if we are talking fan-base... He is a football athlete. Now, I can just see all these football watching men, with their beers and their grub, tuning in to 'Dancing' every week to vote.... Ummm, I am not so sure that I buy that.

i agree, Emmit shouldn't have won. but then again, i didn't want Mario to win, either. so it didn't really matter to me, anyway.

This happened to me in a past season when I was trying to vote for the obvious favorite/best dancer, and could never get thru... dead air, error message, etc...
NO WAY was Emmit Smith the best dancer and voters favorite.

There are obvious problems with the voting system, and the setup that does not allow enough time for everyone who might wish to vote to actually vote.

ABC should be ashamed.

Absolutely!! There have been voting problems from the beginning - including not having enough lines open - that have never been addressed. And since they won't do anything about it... why even try to vote.

This is why I totally skip the phone voting.

I do all my voting online. And you can vote up until noon the following day.

As for Emmitt winning, I agree. I didn't think he was that great either.

And I think that Edyta is a beautiful person. Not just on the outside, but inside as well. I have never seen an ugly face on her. I have only seen in interviews that she has a very sweet side to her personality.
How a person dresses does not necessarily denote what they are really like.

I agree with you Teacher03. I thought the skank comment was a little harsh. I just want to point out if anyone's watched a real ballroom competition, especially in the Latin categories, you'll notice that all of the women wear very similiar costumes (or lack there of). Edyta's costumes are no different that what I've seen on TV.

In anyone lives in NJ, I believe DanceSport is on this weekend on CN8. It's a repeat that was on a few weeks ago. You'll be surprised how little they wear. In fact, one women's dress was so low in the back, her crack was showing most of the time!

On the subjet of Edyta though, she should lose the hairbands! She looks so much better without them.
Sabrina's elimination was so wrong..to those who think she had too much training...
Why would ABC let her on the show if they thought she had too much prior experience. You'd better believe they do back checks up the wazoo on all of these people..they wouldn't want a scandal or anything unexpected to happen. Don't get mad at her, get mad at the casting execs!

My mom and I always laugh and say that Edyta has cold ankles.
She is always wearing the ankle warmers in rehearsals. The only thing
I'm thinking about her outfits is that I wish I had the body she does!

Wow, I didn't know they were a couple, but hey I hope it works out for them.

I like Edyta, and some of the comments seem harsh. She does seem to wear the least amount of clothing, but whatever. I think she's a great dancer.

Count me in as another person who didn't realize Sabrina and Mark were becoming a couple. It certainly wasn't obvious like Mario and Karina.

Anyone know if this writers strike is going affect the show? Surely Tom can come up with his own jokes, right? I really hope they don't have to put this season on hold! That would/could change everything!

ETA: I like Edyta! She is one of my two favorite dancers. I also like Anna.
