Hi all,

My mom and dad always go to Disney with us. Several years ago we struggled because most of the busses that came along were not accessable and we would have to wait. Two years ago we stayed at the Poly just so we could ride the monorail and avoid the situation and switched to the Dolphin mid trip to make MGM easier. We drove to AK. Anyway, we really would like to stay at AKL this trip, but the only transportation from there is the bus. Are the busses better now or should we just stay a couple of days and drive the days we are there?

Any thoughts?

thanks!

About 95% of the buses are accessible. You shouldnot have a problem. Only on 2 occasions have I had to wait more than 1 bus. Once at POR I had to wait through 4 buses and once at All Star Movies I had to wait. Otherwise no problem.

There were some posts recently from a transportation CM who said that almost all the buses are now accessible. With buses sometimes having lifts or tiedown systems not working, you might run into sometimes where the first bus can't ake you, but almost always, the next bus will be able to.
We've basically had about the same luck with buses as Lisa reports. We've stayed at OKW and VWL.

thanks for the replies. I was hoping that there were more accessable busses now.

thanks!:bounce:
