D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event 8/9/24-8/11/24 **Tickets on sale 3/26** **Sold Out on 3/29**

I also only got one thing late on Friday.. I’ll have to book it to Honda once it’s over.

My group is only going on Saturday. My friend got ILM at 12 and I got the costume panel at 4:15. Waiting to see if our 3rd person got anything.

I just got mine. Exactly one confirmed reservation. The way the e-mail is worded, it doesn't sound like more are coming...
Nope, that’s it.

I only got 1 panel. I only signed up for 1 thing/day, and they were all panels. I didn’t get anything last year until people complained, and then they threw us all a bone to the Princess concert.

I got very very lucky last time and got the two main panels I cared about, and only tried standby to a couple small panels which didn't work out because I was too far back. What is the standard thought on how long beforehand to get into the standby lines..?

Why do they even do this RSP thing? Seems pointless to me. I guess someone is getting the big panels, it's just not you or me! I know they have to spread people out throughout the day.
In 2022, I only went Sunday - I got into everything I wanted to do via standby, and, honestly, most of them were only like 2/3rds full. (The Ambassador panel was jammed, but I think that was done intentionally because the heads of Oriental Land Company were there.)

I fully do not understand why they don't just fill the expected capacity of each panel with RSPs, give them a deadline they have to be in by (say 15 minutes), then fill the remaining space with standby. It's not rocket science. Completely dumbfounding.

I only got ILM which conflicts with my top choice - the World's Fair. Two friends only got one thing that doesn't conflict with Honda. all that work for nothing.

My results are better than the last two events/Expos; where even with Sorcerer passes we couldn't get any RSPs for the signings/giveaways/etc.

So I'm good with it - only going Friday to the ACC and only put in 2 choices; got my top. I figure this year will be bumpy as they grow to include the Honda Center, so my expectations are low as usual.

Just checked and I have two panels (Princess and Magic Journeys) on my badge and my husband also got Magic Journeys with his badge. They are panels we were planning to see so that is good, a little disappointed that his only one is also one I got. But if anyone is interested in seeing the Magic Journeys of the Sherman Brothers we have two extra spots! Just message me.

Also a little disappointed that we didn't get anything for Sunday, but I guess I could have gotten something I couldn't use or that was a conflict.

While there were things I wanted that conflicted, I didn't sign up for them since I knew I couldn't make them...

Going through to build my schedule, and I'm still fairly annoyed that my #1 session choice - The Animation Greats - seems to have been deliberately scheduled as a consolation prize for those not going to the Honda Center. Which would be nice and all, if they hadn't charged a ton of money for the Honda Center...

Venting complete...
