thanks lisa it didn't seem like a great deal but i haven't been watching CVS long enough to know when things tend to go on sale

Here's a question that I hope somebody can answer... So the PG saver had a whole bunch of coupons today. There are coupons for $1 off Head and shoulders, BOGO Gillette Shampoo, $1 off Nature Fusion. So could I do the following:

Buy 2 gillete shampoos, 1 Head and shoulder shampoo and 1 Nature fusion shampoo

Use $1 H&S coupon, $1 Nature Fusion coupon and BOGO gillette shampoo coupon so I'll get 4 shampoos for $12. Will this work since the nature fusion will come out free? Or would this not even be that great of a deal?

It should work and they should take the value of the coupon off of your total (the Pantene Nature Fusion)...

For those of you who like Neutrogena sunscreen, I found out that the 1 oz. sample size of the new UltraSheer waterproof Dry-Touch SPF 55 with Helioplex works for the buy $15, get $5 deal. They are $1.99 each and are great purse-size and airplane travel sunscreen. A 3 oz. costs $9.49 so the small ones are a much better deal. These might in the cosmetics section in a clear round tub or up at the register if they aren't near the sunscreen. Eight tubes will cost $10.92 after Extra Bucks.

I don't know. The add says the $2.49 or higher cards but in the past the .99 ones worked.


I bought 3 boxes of cereal and the Colgate today.

I've been really stressing overthe swine flu, so I was happy to see the airborne stuff for so cheap!! I'm going to use the chews for Hannah and the power pixie packs for Jonah & Allie

From everything we've been told you'll need a prescription of Tamiflu or Relenza. Once the heat of summer kicks in we should see a slow down until fall and by then we'll have a vaccine.

Another busy weekend! Made another $175 at my brother's neighborhood yardsale....really got rid of most of my "junk". I have a box of stuff to donate to the woman's shelter and some clothing to drop off at goodwill and I am done! Now, to just get it there

Only had time for a quick stop at CVS yesterday so I just did the obvious....toothpaste and zantrex. I also did the coke deal since we use it and I thought the Charmin deal was pretty good. I didn't have any Kelloggs coupons. Today I will go grab 2 more Colgate, zantrex, and charmin on my DH's card. Then I will have rolled all my ECB's until I get back from vacation. Now I just need to pack

I went to bed early last night because I wasn't feeling good - when I woke up my darling family had already taken out the garbage/recycling and guess what got tossed? The Sunday paper with all of my coupons

The dollar stores around here still have extras on Monday lying around. Just check anyplace they are sold and ask if any are left, you may get a discount!

I did pretty well yesterday:-
3 boxes cereal (2 frosted minis bogo and 1 x$1 c/o)
2 packs Always ( 2 c/os $1 each )

used ecb and a 3/15 total 2.85 and $5 ecb so a money maker

Did other deals but this was my best!!
