CVS ECB Deals - Sales for Week 9/7-9/13

I think it's a sale price. But the store that I visited (in suburban Chicago) had the cheapest bottle marked at $4.39. I still got overage with the $2 EasySaver q and the $3 q from All You magazine, but I was sad. :(

Thanks for the answer. Even if it's just free with no overage ( I like overages though :thumbsup2 ) I might pick one or two up....allergies kill my poor eyes so I would be happy to have some eye drops.

It's A Happy Day

Ahh sweetie, I am so sorry to hear of your loss...I wish I could reach across the screen and give you a big hug:hug:

I have never done Walgreens - do you get the rewards in the mail or right away like CVS? do i need to purchase all the Robitussin in 1 transaction or not?

thanx

We do post about Walgreens sometimes, but there really isn't enough for a weekly thread. Besides Easy Saver Rebates this month (which are pretty good!), this is the best deal for this week:

Buy 3 Robitussin at $3.99 each, use three $3 coupons from here: https://j.ovm1.net/wch1/Robitussinstandalone/default.aspx?c=1373&p=ROB06019&s=01 (go back after filling out form and enter a new email address so there is a unique code on each coupon - store won't get credit for coupon if you print 3 of the same)

Earn $10 in Register Rewards, $2.97 oop (profit after Register Reward)

Does anyone have the link for the 2/10 coupon? I thought I saved it but I guess not..I hate it that I dont find any of $/$ coupons anywhere:lovestruc Thanks

My ad is v60. I don't have limits on any of those items. That is so weird, especially since you are so close????
My ad is V27,34. I know...how weird is it that we are that close but get different ads. I noticed it 2 weeks ago...when Malt-o-Meal cereal was in the flyer for $1/box. My flyer didn't have that and when I compared my flyer with the one on afullcup.com my flyer again had fewer pages.
Fortunately, my store did have the chex mix on sale for $1 this week. That is the only thing I was upset about.:lmao: I love the Turtle Chex mix(and the cheddar is good too!)
Awe, I want one! Too bad we don't have any Walgreen's here :sad2:
There is a Walgreen's in Lancaster if you are ever up that way. Right off of Rt. 30W. I wish it were closer. They are sooo nice in that store. I love Walgreen's. Every one I have been in(mostly Central FL), the employees are so nice and helpful.

You are awesome! The closest Walgreens to me is an hour or so away in Baltimore.

Kimya

I was able to go to one store tonight, no luck - will check the others tomorrow morning.

Is the Visine on sale this week? Or is the overage with coupons on the regular price?

I think it's regular price because I don't see it in the ad. There are price differences, it's probably the plain one that gives the $1.01 overage and probably less for the other types.

Sorry, my brain was in the gutter on this one..... :lmao:

:rotfl2: I started asking for "Magic Bullet blender" after a manager in his 20's raised his eyebrows.

I was gonna ask the same thing
anyone? the only walgreen here has already cleared them out :(

If by some miracle I can find 2 tomorrow, I'll write.

I have never done Walgreens - do you get the rewards in the mail or right away like CVS? do i need to purchase all the Robitussin in 1 transaction or not?

You get them right away from a catalina machine that sits by the register. Have to watch to make sure the cashier gives it to you because they often "forget" either intentionally or unintentionally. Because it's not tied to a card, there's no limit to the amount you can get, but they can't be rolled into buying the same deal, and sometimes can't be rolled into a new (all different products) Register Rewards deal because the might come from the same parent company (such as Proctor and Gamble). Some people accumulate hundreds of dollars of Register Rewards on deals like this and then hope they can roll them into a different deal, but I think it's nearly impossible because they expire in 2 weeks and its pretty rare to do much better than break even. This is one of the better deals. Also, since it's technically a mfg. coupon, you need to have enough items to cover each one when you redeem them if you're using a mfg. on all other items you're buying.

They all have to be bought at the same time, this is the sale (Dimetapp has a $2 printable: https://j.ovm1.net/wch1/universalreg/Registration.aspx?reg=true&product=di&c=1245&s=01&p=DIM06001):

Buy 2 get $5 RR, buy 3 get $10 RR
Advil (several types) $6.99
Dimetapp $3.99
Robitussin $3.99
Centrum $6.99

I forgot to post this earlier...it looks like the Suave deal from last week is a hidden monthly deal. It's buy $6 of Suave products(shampoo, conditioner, styer, bodywash and deodorant) get $2 ecbs...limit 5.

Heads up if you were looking for an inxepensive purse - I scanned some of the Vera Bradley knock-off bags tonight and a small purse type one came up at $1 something. The others - backpack, overnight - all came up full price.

Also, on the Right Guard deal - the first CVS I went to tonight had peelies on the Right Guard for 55 cents off making them 34 cents after ECB. Might want to check the shelves if you don't have any coupons.
At the second CVS the shelf was fully stocked but no peelies so I was glad I bought my limit at the first store.

:rotfl2: I started asking for "Magic Bullet blender" after a manager in his 20's raised his eyebrows.

. I shouldn't have been drinking my coffee when I read that!

Two rookie mistakes I realized too late. First I forgot to use my Aussie coupon at CVS. I know now to go over everything in my cart before I get to the register. And I foolishly thought I would just go back and get the other Magic Bullet Blender and pick up some of the clearance electric appliances for $4.19 the next day. Well, they were all cleared out. Other lesson learned - when you see a good deal grab it.

The flyer in the Harrisburg papers had the limits written in the ad. That was new this week.

Anyone know if Oust Spray is on sale or coming up on sale as i have crts printing for it? plus a bunch of manf. coupons thanx.

Just did yet another transaction:

1.00 trident gum
1.00 trident gum (minus b1g1 coupon
2.99 Rightguard (-1.00)
2.99 Rightguard (-1.00)
1.50 (90% off Black Tinsley bag)
.99 CVS choc. covered peanuts
.99 CVS choc. covered peanuts (-2.00 crt)

also used a 2/10 - pad .75oop used 4.00 in ecbs and got back 4 in ecbs!

Lots of the Rightguards had the .55 peelie, but i used my 1.00coupon!

(i'm already thinking w/the bag, i will save it for an end of the year gift for one of my kids teachers and fill it up w/soaps and such)
