CVS ECB deals - Sales for Week 6/24-6/30

The Colgate didn't work for me, either. The manager manually rang the other 4 for me and price adjusted as a "store coupon" to make them free. They also rang up at $2.99, instead of $2.77. I did have the right product.

Yeah I was going to give you a heads up that the colgate deal is not working properly. Corporate will probably get a million calls tomorrow. I plan to just buy the one today and hope that it gets fixed later this week before all the stores are out of it!

Oh yeah, and tho the ECB states "2.99" one manager told someone that it will still only take off 2.77 when you use it. I think, if it does, you have grounds to have them price adjust the coupon to 2.99. Afterall, that is what it SAYS.

Well, I just got back and had a good trip with only a short list. I got the fusion power and colgate both w/ECB. BUT, when I got my reciept there was an extra ECB for 3:50 off any pain reliever. So I am going back later in the week to do the medicine deal with my $3.50 ECB and get the $5 one too.

Well I am glad I didnt do the Colgate deal as it already states limit reached on my receipts. Also a heads up if you already did the monthly fusion deal dont try the one in this week's flyer, I did and i did NOT get an ecb but that trip i only spent $.99 OOP so I just let it be altho the nice cashier asked if I wnted a manger, no biggie, I said no thanks. I did 3 trips this morning all at the same store with my same nice young boy cashier, I love checking out with him cuz he doesnt care about all my coupons and is in awe of the savings. Why cant they all be like that...lol..anyway here goes

OOP 9.85 and I got back a $10 ECB for the Nutrition deal.

The last trip was by far the best trip. My total went from 101.xx to 9.85 OOP. The kid was like WOW!!, it was funny. I hadnt planne don buying much this week but i had all those bar coupons expriing so i decided to use them to get the nutrition deal and since they were on sale anyway. Altho Im still a little bummed about not getting my $4 ecb for the fusion, ill suck it up..LOL. And the only reason I did the pain relieve deals was becase each of them only cost me $3 for one on my card and I actually made $1.50 on the deal for my dbf's card since i happen to have the 2.50 off 10 crt. So technically i got all that pain relive and one viactiv for $1.50.. Not a bad day today.

You can usually get the All B1G1 free so unless you are combining the *sale* with coupons & a 4/20 to bring the cost down a little more then I would hold off - unless you need it of course. If you combine things like the Ascensia monitor (9.99), toothpaste (2.77), 2 laundry soaps (6.98) and something small to put you over $20 and use the $4/20 -

potentially around 13.00 after Q's and you would get back the 9.99 from the monitor, 2.77 from toothpaste so detergent would essentially be free or at least minimal cost. Just an idea of course!

Just back and I have to hurry.

The computer only gave me one ECB back for the Colgate Freshburst toothpaste even though the offer limit is 5. I am in Florida. She took 4 of them back and told me to call corporate and it might work later in the week.

The toothpaste was only 2.77 and I got a 2.99 ECB.

Funny enough, happened to me to. One flavor rang up at 2.77 and one flavor at 2.99... I had the manager come over & she and the cashier read the add, then gave me a CVS gift card for the difference.... I didn't have any coupons or anything other than the 4/20... also did the 4 motrin at 2.50 each, got 5 ECB's back, used the 4/20, some ECB's to pay & walked out with an 11.00 gift card & 7.99 in ECB's...

The store I went to had the burt bee's shampoos at 75% off, but I want the soaps, not the shampoos.... they didn't have the pretty paper that was mentioned earlier (boooo) or the heart booklet.... Now if I only I had coupons it would have been that much better...

Just back from CVS.... the toothpaste came up as 2.77. My store had two sizes of the toothpaste, one was 2.99 and one was 2.77. After checking out I noticed I didn't get the ECB. Went back in line and the girl just gave me the cash back! Much easier to have the cash!

No the coupon expired on friday but i got a crt today for 10/50 so keep an eye out.

This is from last weeks deals, but I went to CVS yesterday for the Sprint B1G1 phone card deal. I had a $10 EBC. I was able to get 4 $10 International Phone cards for $10! We are going on a Disney cruise on July 5th and I plan to use these with my tips.

I bought 4 toothpastes this morning- did not get any ECBs. Got back in line, girl called the manager up. She said she *thinks* the ECBs would print in 2 days, although the ad stated they print immediately. I decided to return all 4 for a refund, b/c I didn't want to take the chance/hassle that they didn't print. She was nice about it, but could only give me $3.xx in cash, other $8.xx was a gift card- I guess b/c I had paid with ECBs. Kind of a pain. Hopefully they will get this fixed asap!

Yeah, that's a good price. My Safeway usually has it for $6+, but it's often on sale somewhere for $3+ and that's when I stock up.

I have my add in hand, and what it says ref the ECB for Colgate is "Free after Extra Bucks when you buy Colgate Max Fresh Burst Toothpaste, 4oz. Offer limit of 5 per card number during the promotional period. Valid 6/24/07-6/30/07." ( I'm in Arizona). I haven't been this week yet, but I'll bring my add in with me for backup.

My CVS hasn't had any markdowns on Burts Bees, I've been watching, but they've had some great 75% off deals on lots of cold meds like Tylenol Cold, Sucrets, throat spray, etc. Also some makeup. They left it in the regular displays but put a green 75% sticker on them. Sooo, if your store is like mine and doesn't put all the clearance stuff together just keep an eagle eye out for signs.

PS…I FINALLY FOUND THE HEARTBEAT BOOK!!!!!!!!!!! WAHOOOOOO! I picked up like 10 of them, LOL. And I found the Burt’s Bees stuff at one of my 8 stores and it was 75% off. I wanted to wait a few days and see if it hits 90%, but it not, I’m going to pick up a bunch for gift baskets. Now I just need to remember which store I saw them in!!

It seems like this is the week!!! Funny thing Sarah, I lost my card the other day too!!! Still can't find the darn thing! I called customer service today because I still wanted to get the Sallhy Hansen & St. Ives deals and of course that was the stupid card I lost!!! They were able to order me a new card - with the same number as the old card, which was a must with all the open ECB's I have. They also gave me the number so that I could write it down and bring it to the stores for manual submission. My favorite store did not know how to enter the card # but between 2 helpful clerks and some button hitting, they figured it out So I finished my deals for the week!

Yeah, Sally, talk about being in crisis mode....you would have thought the world was coming to an end. I found one of the ones that you can put on your keychain, but I think that I am going to call them and have them send me an actual new card. I feel so naked....

=I FINALLY FOUND THE BURTS BEES.....WOOOOHOOO!! I bought just about all they had! And they were ringing up full price (2.50) in spite of the sign for 90%. The cashier said they were ringing up correctly before (duh..I've been looking for them this whole time and they were there??) He HAND ENTERED 40, YES FORTY, at 0.25

I did 30 today and they were ringing up at $2.50 too, (they rang up right when they were at 75% off), boy did the people behind me in line get PO'd! No one was there when I started, but one guy went back to get some himself and thanked me.
