CVS ECB deals - Sales for Week 6/17-6/23

Here is my trip today to finish the P&G deal. I went to a different store by work than yesterday where they gave me a hard time.

Battery 4 packs 2 for $6
Puffs Tissue with lotion 3 x $1
Subtotal = $9
-$5 ECB
-$2.99 ECB
-$1 ECB
Total = .01

I got $10 ECB for completing the P&G deal. (I bought $11 of Bounce sheets yesterday.)

I had a young girl cashier who looked kinda "Goth" with the black dyed hair and eyebrow ring, etc. She looked at my total and said, "Wow!!" When she bagged it up, she took the bag and showed it to the cashier next to her (another similar young girl) and said, "She got all this stuff for .01!!" The other girl said, "Did she have a coupon or something???" My cashier said, "She had those extra buck things. I'm going to have to start doing that!!!"

Then she handed me the receipt and saw my $10 ECB for the P&G deal. And she said, "And she got another $10 too!! Wow!!"

Where did you find that $10.00 off with a $50.00 purchase coupon?

I know they have such a promotion for online orders (and free shipping on top of that!!!), but I wasn't aware of one that you could actually use in a store in person.

Well i had to finish off my week (the week i wasnt going to buy anything..heheh) anyway i went to one of my 2 fav cvs but they were out of the duracell d batteries so I did my first trip there and my battery trip at a second cvs which i will never go back to cuz they were ugh!!! The lady got all pissy when I told her how the q'd work and told me that she has been working there a long time, i insisted she call a manager to which she tol dme he as goin gto kick her a$$ for putting my ecb in the purchase, my second ecb had to be adjusted so she was like i cant do that, so the manager came and told me some stuff which i said thats not how every otehr cvs works or the coupon policy and he ended up adjusting my ecb. I know that she made some snarky remark to him like ot laugh at me or something cuz she whispered to him and they both laughed, but its ok i got my stuff for $1.05..lol

Well, my trip to CVS was okay, I got 6 of the 2.99 St. Ives (3 facial scrub, 3 body wash), two of the 1.99 gum toothbrushes (oops), one well needed travel size shaving cream @ .99

The only coupons I had were 2 Gum toothbrush 1.00 coupons, NO St. Ives (how sad)

so, it was 22.97
subtract the 2x 1.00 coupons
5/15 St. Ives coupon that printed when I did the P&G deal
4/20 CVS coupons
2.99 ECB

For a total of 8.98 & I got 6 ECB's back, I made the mistake of buying 2 toothbrushes not remembering the limit was 1, so I spent an extra dollar.... figures!

Now, WHO AND WHERE are you finding the Bert's Bee's on clearance? I found the soaps earlier mentioned... they weren't marked clearance & I did ask & was told they in fact weren't on clearance So where are they .25 cents????

It is not just this area. I have read reports of FL being 90% off so it will get here sooner or later! We do not get the heartbeat booklets aroudn here at all. At least not in the 10-15 stores I have checked. Someone generously sent me some on a coupon trade last month so I have been able to use those Q's. I have feelers out looking for the new ones supposed to be coming out soon so hopefully I can get a couple of those.

Martin Designs pads of paper - various designs floral & pets - 100 sheets - good for notes or to throw in gift baskets - clearance $0.25 each

The bars are on the second page of the ad. I think they are new kinda lik ewhen the hershey cookies werenew. I think hersheys is trying to compete. They are like the nature walley bars but with hersheys things mixed in, I got nutter butter i think and hersheys and they have like pretzels and nuts and i think choco in them, honestly they are a treat and stockpile item, i dont plan on eating too many of those....lol Bu tif you go to the store they will be with the nature valley bars.

Plus, I've asked at 3 stores about the Heartbeat book and everyone has, so far, looked at me like I have 3 heads!

Yes the only time I asked, I was looked like I had three heads too..lol altho they did look for "it" but honestly she looked like she had no idea what i was talkintg about.

Todays trip - I went to my "clearance store" - the one where they put most of the clearance items on an end cap so I sat there with my coupon box looking through things

I had to do the P&G deal on card 2:
1.00 - 1 puffs
9.00 - 3 packages of Duracell - 2 D, 1 AA
5.50 - Downy
5.00 - Charmin Ultra
2.37 - Head & Shoulder *clearance item*
.75 - Gerber Veggie Puffs *clearance item*
1.75 - 7 note pads of paper *clearance items* - these are like those magnetic fridge pads minus the magnet

After coupons & ECB's (used $12.00 in ECB's) I spent an additional 2.01 OOP. I planned on spending $2 for the P&G deal so a great trip and now I have plenty of cute note paper to jot my deals down and clearance finds!

Kimya....your BC store has them up front... IF you look to the left as your walking towards the doors to leave there's a low shelf just inside the door they were sitting on a couple weeks ago...

All the clearance things were on an end cap in this store. I would check in the office/school supply area - wherever your store would put memo pads.

I got 2 pads red 100 sheets about 12" long with a black lab on the top sitting in a flower pot, 1 kitten in blue flower watering can same size as other, 2 flower pots - pot section was the writing are about 9" in height, and 2 dinosaurs blue triceratops about the same size as the flower pot pads. They are cute and definitely fun pads for the kiddos!
