CVS ECB deals - Sales for Week 6/17-6/23

Wow..now I have to modify my plans to include FREE boxes of Kashi...LoL

You reckon there will be any left on the shelf come Sunday night? :lmao:

Yeah, no free Kashi for Sarah because of the stupid computers that I have to use!!!!!!!!!!:badpc: :badpc: :badpc: :badpc:

Here are my plans for the P&G deal on the BACK page of the flier (PS I'm SO excited that they actually used price points that can easily add up to $20!):

11.00 Downy x 2
3.00 Puffs x 3
6.00 Duracell batteries x 2
-------------------------
-4.00/20
-1.00 Downy Q
-0.25 Downy Q
-1.00 Duracell Q
-0.75 Duracell Q
-------------------
13.00 oop and $10 ECBs Back! Balance = $3.00 (the price I would pay for puffs there or anywhere else)

PS there are duracell peelies at CVS. I've only found one so far but I'm hoping to find another to replace my 75 cents insert Q (changing my balance to $2.75). The peelie states redeemable at CVS but it is a Manufactures Q (meaning you can't combine). The peelies are on the HUGE packs of batteries (like a dozen) but the Q states $1 off any duracell coppertop 9v, C, or D battery pack (no battery count listed!)

Yeah, no free Kashi for Sarah because of the stupid computers that I have to use!!!!!!!!!!:badpc: :badpc: :badpc: :badpc:

OMG!!!! I had to laugh out laud when I read this. There should be a little pouty face at the end. :rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl2:

I need to get another printer for home as when we updated our computer, the old printer plug does not go into it so I have to do ALL my printing at work. I email myself all the links so I can go in get my email and print things off without hunting around for them again. :headache: Hopefully I will find a really good deal on one soon and bite the bullet. Then I should be able to print 2 batches of each Q

I actually don't have the printable, I have the actual Qs. Have you signed up for vocal point??? At first they send you alot of advertisements and junk mail and I thought to myself..what a waste of time! But eventually they start sending you some really GREAT Qs. The first time I received Qs it was for the dawn direct foam, $1 off I believe. When they send you Qs they always send you a STACK because they want you to share them with friends. I wound up throwing these away but the next set they sent was for the Kashi. The first Q was for a FREE box for me and the rest were $1 off Qs that I've been saving. The next set was a Q for a FREE bottle of special K20 and a bunch of $1/4 pack Qs. They also sent me a bunch of Qs for PUR water filters. I went to their site the other day and just for voting for my favorite PUR water bottle design (think squirt bottle) they're sending me one for FREE! I also signed up for a trial deal where I test some parental internet software and tell them what I think..I hope it gets here soon b/c I really do need to install some! Go to vocalpoint.com and sign up! There is also another kashi deal in the works..might be receiving some free crackers and seeds!

I LOVE Vocal Point! I have gotten several samples from them, a mothers day
gift of 3 tubes of Olay lotion, and the above mentioned coupons, items. I got a sample box of the Kashi Go Lean - I think from the freebie thread and I really like it! So I am happy I can get it free or even just cheaper than $4 a box! I gave away my vocal Q's to a girl at work so she could get some for her daughter so the printables worked great for me.

Plan of attack #1:
$15.98 - Herbal Essence Hair Color x2
$14.00 - Bayer Nutritional Science
Total: 29.98
-4/20
-7.99 Herbal Essence B1G1 Q
-5.00 Bayer Nutritional Science printable Q
-2.00 Bayer Heartbeat Booklet CVS Q

Total cost = 11.54 after tax to be paid down even more with ECB's and get back $5 & $7 ECB for a profit over OOP of $.46

Will do that one both cards! Lets see what other fun I can find :cool1:

#2:

$15.00 - Bounty Basic Paper Towels
$5.00 Charmin Toilet Paper
Total $20.00
-4/20
-3 1.00 Q's on Paper Towels
-1 Q on Charmin

Total = $12.00 OOP and will pay that down with ECB's and get back $10 ECB so total $2 for TP & PT's we use anyway. I have various Q's on these so I may switch the increments around on each but it will be this combo.

Sarah- did you try the Firefox? I understand if you don't want to download a program, but my DBF is a major geek:surfweb:  and he put it our computer. It is supposed to be better/ more secure than IE. He prefers I use Firefox, which I don't because I am more familiar with IE and am a slow adopter, but when I need to print a Q I click right over- no problem. It has saved me at least $50 in the last 2 months. It is safe and you can run it simultaneously with IE. Ok- I won't mention it again.:flower3:

I also signed up for a trial deal where I test some parental internet software and tell them what I think..I hope it gets here soon b/c I really do need to install some!

Just wanted to let you know I received the parental internet software from vocalpoint today, so yours should arrive soon :)

Yeah, I have FireFox and it says that it is an "Unsupported Platform"...???? Whatever that means. Basically, it won't let me install the coupon printer for whatever reason. And I can't do it at my work puter because of security or whatever. I will just continue to be jealous of those of you who can print them!

I hope it's ok to jump in on this thread, but I have a question for the CVS experts. I'm somewhat new to the CVS ECB deals. I signed up a couple of months ago and have received the 4 off $20 email and also the $10 off $50.

I see many post that refer to using the $4 off 20, but my email said "limit one coupon per customer". I assumed that meant I could use it only once. My 4/20 has expired but I'd like to know if the 10/50 is good for more that one use.

Thanks :)

Just back from my CVS. The cashier let me use both the 4/20 and the 10/50 coupons.:thumbsup2

I bought Huggies that were on sale at 2/16.99. I also had 1.50 coupons for each pack so I saved a total of $20 plus $12.47 off the usual price of the diapers.

I bought 6 toothbrushes on clearance for .75 each and then got home and realized I had a .75 coupon. Oh well, I went for the diapers and bought 5 packs.

I also found gel foot inserts on clearanc for DH at 1.00 each. I looked for the Burt's Bees stuff that many posters said was on clearance but it was full price at our store.

I'm going back in the morning for paper towel. I also have a rain check for the Basics paper towel-8 pack for $3.99.

I have questions and looking for some experts to critique my plan....

one touch ultra mini $19.99
one touch ultra 2 $19.99
Kashi $1.99 (2)
Maybelline mascara (2) $4.79 bo/go free
Right Guard deoderant (4) $3.69 bo/go free
Sally Henson (4) .99 bo/go free

total = $59.13

less $10/$50
less $19.99 one touch mini
less $19.99 one touch ultra 2
less (2) $1.99 Kashi
less (4) $1.25 Right Guard

.17 OOP, get back $5 ECB

~ I have $1.25 off coupons for Right Guard from yesterdays paper. It is bo/go free ~ will they let me use $1.25 coupon on each one, or just one since the second one is free anyway?

second trip
bounty paper towels 2/$10 (3)
Puffs tisues 5/$5 (5)

total $20.00

less 4/20
less $1 Bounty coupon
less $10 ECB
less $3 ECB
less $2 ECB

$0 OOP, get $10 ECB back

any suggestions are welcome!!

OK - just got back from my first CVS run of the week!!! I bought:

2 one-touch monitors 19.99/each
2 bounty basic paper towels $5/each
2 pack gum toothbrush 1.99
2 fathers day cards $6.xx

I gave them 1 $10/off $50.00 coupon
2 $20/off touch monitor coupons
1 $1 /off gum toothbrush

my oop ended up to be exactly the cost of the fathers day cards plus one dollar for the toothbrushes, but I got $1 in ECB's back on the toothbrush.

I know that there may have been a better senario, but, I think I did pretty well for my first real time couponing!!!!!

The one touch ultra 2 monitor is regularly $69.99 in my store, and I got that for FREE, along with the mini monitor- also free, and 2 packages of paper towels which we go through like crazy.

I told my DH - see, now what do you think of the DIS????? ;)

you both sound like you have good plans so far. I didnt really see anything that strikes me as i need to buy this week but i will look it over especially since i saw the one touch coupons. i have to see is that 10/50 still good?

My grandmother brought me her ads from her newspaper. I can't find the one touch coupons or any of the huggies coupons. Where exactly are they? Thanks.

ETA: newspaper coupons must be regional because I just bought another newspaper. There is no sign whatsoever of the one touch monitors and the huggies bath items. The only 2 things I wanted, LOL.

There are only two coupon inserts its in one of those, i think they are in different ones meaning the one touch is not in the same insert as the huggies or pamper sor w/e diapers they are..lol.
You may need to try another paper as I have haerd that sometimes papers vary in what coupons they will carry. Try a bigger paper maybe.

This is the biggest paper in the city, will try one other one... they are simply not in here. UGH.

Stopped at CVS this morning on the way to the beach.:cool2:

I bought

2 paper towels 2/$10
2 Charmin 2/$10
2 Crest toothpastes 1.99 each

I had a $1 coupon off the crest and I got 12 ECB's-10 from the paper products and 2 from the toothpaste.

This was really my first trip with ECB's. I did get diapers on sale the other day but that wasn't with any ECB's.

I'm going to use my ECB's next week so I can just start rolling them from week to week to minimize my out of pocket cost.

Last week, they had Huggies Jumob packs at 2/$16.99. I also had $1.50 off coupons for each pack and I used the $4 off$20 and $10 off $50 coupons. The cashier let me use them both. I got a lot of diapers for little money.

Question????

Can you use those $4/$20 coupons more than once?

Also, is there a limit on the toothpaste? Can I go back and buy more toothpaste today and get 2 more ECB's? I know the paper product ECB said I have reached my offer limit on that one but the toothpaste one didn't say anything.

Thanks:thumbsup2
