CVS ECB Deals - Sales for Week 11/9-11/16

Tell me about this Agent Cool Blue. Have you used it? I just went to the website and investigated and it's a pre-brushing tinting rinse. I guess it turns your teeth blue so you can see where to brush. It doesn't seem to have any fluoride or breath freshening or anything else. I'm not sure if this is worth purchasing as DD16 certainly won't use it and I can't really see DS13 using it either.

DS13 just got braces a few weeks ago and they told him to rinse 2x per day with an anti cavity rinse......so glad I got all those smart rinse for free a while back, 'cause he's using them!

I figured only my 8 yr. old would use it - my kids love the Smart Rinse too. It's free after coupon though, so if you need to roll any expiring ECBs, it might be something to give to nieces/nephews or younger neighborhood kids.

Just an FYI................my kids dentist told me last month some of this was recalled last year. It's true, I found it on Listerine's website at the bottom under "recall" http://www.listerinekids.com/pdf/consumer-statement.pdf
It says the new formula has the words "new formula" on the bottle. The bottles I bought at my CVS a few weeks ago did not have "new formula" on the bottle, so I printed the pdf out and returned them.

Thanks - I forgot about that and just checked the bottles I bought - it has new formula on the cap covering.

No PP, but will respond. I was going to post this anyway when I didn't see it in the OP. Buy $50 in I-tunes cards and get $10 ECB, limit 2. I'm going in just a bit to get 2. Great deal on something that generally isn't on sale. I'll go back later today and spend my $20 ECB on stuff I really need.;)
Does anyone know if I can use ecb's to buy the i-tunes cards?

:confused3 CVS just doesnt seem like they have great deals anymore...I mean I can always find something:rotfl2: but I end up spending more op:lovestruc

I know what you mean - this week is great to me because of the free items, but when you're used to making money, it's not as much fun. I didn't get the Garnier or Smart Water last night so am heading out today for that (keep putting it off - they'll probably be out before I get there!)

Just back and got the Revitalift, Smart Water, St Ives (I had a CRT) and 5 Agent Blue. I also got the Kellogg's cereal at 2/$4 and there were $1 coupons in my inserts this week so they were $1 a box. I also did the Gatorade deal for DH and picked up some Lysol wipes since I needed them.

I will be heading back tomorrow for the Itunes deal and maybe the soda.

:lovestruc CVS :lovestruc

I was happy with my run today:

Crest Pro Health mouthwash 1 @ 2/5.98 ... $2.99 -$.75
Garnier Conditioner ................................$2.99 -$1.00
L'Oreal Revitalift ....................................$11.99 -$1.00
Crest Pro Health Toothpaste ...................$3.49 -$1.00
Rimmel Mascara ....................................$6.99 -$1.00

used $5/25
$16 ECBs
paid $3.19 OOP

Received $21.48 in ECBs back

I plan to go later in the week and pick up the iTunes gift cards as well.

Now I'm all set to get Wall E on DVD for free next week :yay:

I'm sure its already been done, but could somebody direct me to the post that explains how the CVS bucks work? Do you get bucks for buying things there, save them and then use them on sale items? :confused3

Thanks.

This thread might help: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2000230

If it's not enough info., post again and I'll write out a better response.

EDIT: Here's another thread too: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1993143

Does anyone know if I can use ecb's to buy the i-tunes cards?

They might allow it, I'd ask - it will depend on if they consider it a gift card.
____________

REMINDER: If you got the $2 CRT for Nilla or Oreo Cakesters, this is a good week to use it as they are 2/$5, so 50 cents for a box using the CRT.

Another deal: Check to see if Altoids have a $1 peelie on them. If they do, they are BOGO ($1.99) and you can use both coupons and get both for free this week.

$1 off Pepsi 12-pack (worked on Mt. Dew too) (2 per computer): http://bricks.coupons.com/Start.asp?tqnm=rj5tadp87677388&bt=vi&o=54246&c=RV&p=R8LGzfCb

$1 off Agent Cool Blue (2 per computer): http://www.listerinekids.com/coupons.jsp

St. Ives (this is for Elements, but others say it works for the body wash too) (2 per computer): http://bricks.coupons.com/Start.asp?tqnm=ri1ucbm7222148&bt=wi&o=53946&c=SI&p=opiNjXce

Thanks for the coupon sites. They all worked except unfortunately I got a clerk today who wouldn't take the Pepsi coupons. Said they're only for Pepsi One (as thats what they say). Anyone else having trouble?

Hi!
I can't find the Pepsi deal in my circular, the front page of my ad has, Coke 3/10. What page is the Pepsi on?
Thanks,
PammyPoppins

I didn't have any trouble at my regular store, but they're more of a "if it scans, it's good" store. I've seen complaints before when people get a coupon at cokerewards.com and stores won't let them use it on Sprite.

It's front page here. Go to CVS.com and enter your zip code in the "store circular" section - maybe you have a different ad?

Not sure if anyone answered you yet ! But yes thats basicly it . Check out the ad see what has ecbs and if you have mfgc/os it's even better , you can use a mfg c/o and a print out c/o from your tapr too. You will get ecbs printed on your reg. tape and the next time you make a transaction which could be right away you can use them! Today on a $54 order I paid $20 I have lots of bodywash hairspray and dish soap all things I use and I also got an additional $14ecb so basicly it cost me $6!
Thanks.

No you can't if you read the ecb it says not on gift cards also you can't use $10/50 either !! But it was still worthit as the girls have IPODS and it is a nice Xmas gift!!and I got $10 ecb!!

That is strange! I would've thought that a Pepsi or Coke deal would be nationwide, I sure hope you're not in one of those awful test market things.

It is weird. I have seen ads with Coke instead of Pepsi before(over the summer). But that was usually around the Atlanta area. It is surprising they are doing it in the Philly area. And over here, an hour west of Philly, we get the Pepsi deal.

ETA: Ooops! Puffkin, looks like you guys get Coke instead of Pepsi this week too. I hate having all these different circulars.

I know I haven't posted in like a week. but smiller & I went CVSing today and it was great--like old times!:goodvibes

I had a $10 ecb so I did 4 transactions and didn't spend a lot. It was great!:teacher:
Too bad it is so cold here, :cold: had to use this nice little cold man smiley. he never gets used!

I bought regular stuff like revitalift and fructis and st. ives. my linen closet is OUT OF CONTROL!:scared: :duck:

I can just see it now. Maybe I should dig out my smart rinse and hand it out at the park. "here kids, have some mouthwash!" :rolleyes1 They all think I'm nuts already since I never stop talking about Disney. (which by the way I saved my next door neighbor $2000 on her trip over spring break since I knew about this new buy 4 get 3 nights free deal) Sometimes is is GOOD to be a dork!:woohoo:

Well look who is all bright eyed and cheery. Sure wish I had somebody to CVS with but then might not be a good idea. I took DSisIL one time and I think I hurt her feelings cause I told her "I can't talk now I am in CVS mode." For some reason she did not go with me again.:rolleyes1

Thats so funny! I can relate! I took my little brother once who just rolled his eyes until I checked out and ended up paying very little OOP! But he still doesn't want to go back with me! :lmao:
