CVS ECB Deals - Sales for Week 11/9-11/16

It is weird. I have seen ads with Coke instead of Pepsi before(over the summer). But that was usually around the Atlanta area. It is surprising they are doing it in the Philly area. And over here, an hour west of Philly, we get the Pepsi deal.

ETA: Ooops! Puffkin, looks like you guys get Coke instead of Pepsi this week too. I hate having all these different circulars.

Yup...I was all ready to do the Pepsi deal today then checked my circular again (since I usually just look at the scans on other sites) and saw Coke. Bummer.....I guess I will just wait til next week to do the Coke deal for the Wall-E DVD instead.....

It is buy $20 of Coke products save $10 on Wall-E instantly. Wall-E will sell for $19.99 so that would make it $9.99. We drink lots of soda at our house (and I would be buying it anyway) so for us the deal would be worth it.

I found some today on an endcap with some Duracell batteries.....They were not in the battery aisle with all of the batteries though...

I just got back from CVS and I did good! We moved to NJ about 6 months ago and the nearest CVS is about 10 minutes away in a "ritzier" neighborhood. It's great because I must be the only CVSer around. I can go in on a Monday after noon and still score the free stuff!

Today I got the free Revitalift and had $3 worth of coupons, so I made $3 on that one. I also got the Fructis (hairspray & shampoo) deals for free with coupons. Then I bought $50 worth of iTunes gift cards for xmas to get the $10 ECBs. I still have $26 ECBs left for next time!

I don't understand how you used 2 coupons on one item (Revitalift)?

Also, I thought the Fructis was 1 per person / card, or did you use 2 cards in 2 transactions?

I scanned my CVS card at the thingy when I first walked in and a $2 coupon for the Revitalift kicked out so I added that to my manufacturer coupon.

The Fructis was using my card and my mom's card separately. I knew that she wouldn't use it...she's got tons of shampoo.

Does anyone else have problems with the scanner at CVS? I am serious when I say 99.9% of the time the scanner is not working and our store only opened two months ago! I try and try but either it is showing a windows typed desktop screen or it displays a temporarily unavailable message. Extremely frustrating! I was just wondering if anyone else is having this problem?

Mine hardly ever scans, unless I stand there for about 10 minutes trying. But it scans items for prices. I don't understand it. It's very frustrating!

Sounds like the stores are too lazy to set the paper in the machine correctly. We have that problem at our store - it is ALWAYS out of paper.

This is the same thing that happens anytime I find a scanner. I thought it was jus my luck.

I have access to 4-5 stores (although I usually only go to 2 of them) and NONE of them have scanners!!???


(and sometimes I still think they laugh at me / us with our coupons and ECBs,
but who cares? I'm lovin' it! )
