Okay, going to CVS for the first time today. Just one quick question for the J&J products, can I buy as many as I like of them, using the $1 off coupon, one for each product as long as I reach $25 to get the ECB buck. Also, to reach the $25 threshold it would be before any coupon use?

I'm doing the Itunes cards, we use those for birthday gifts.... I wonder if they offer the $15 or only the $25

I bought mine today. They had the $15 ones in the top row of the "gift card mall." They are pink.

Remember, you can't use ECBs to buy gift cards, so do this deal first, then use the ECBs generated from it to buy your diapers, makeup, etc.

So i had to call my husband to meet me at CVS as they had Tons and Tons of furniture for 75% Off - i also got a 15 off 75 coupons so i got tons of stuff some were

2 Computer chairs
2 Folding Ottomans w/covers
1 Crockpot
2 Shelveing sets
2 sets of Travel mugs

i also got a few of the excedrine, skintimates,

Now on my husbands card i'm left w/ about 5ecbs!!!! Can't believe it!

I did the coke deal ! We go thru coke a lot at this house so anytime I see a sale and an ecb I am on it !! Also bought Depends !! When are tey gonna have more c'os for them it has been months !!The excedrin was awesome too with the $1 off c/o!!Pringles were great too I have them hiden away for my Disney trip next month!!!Yahooey !! am really mising the old days when there wer so many mors ecbs and deals !! Did everyone get there quarterly reward today !!

Today was the grand opening of our new CVS store (about 2 blocks from the old store) and it was sooo much bigger and brighter inside! Best of all, they have a coupon printer/price scanner ! I am such a happy girl today .

Man was I excited today when I went into a CVS I had not been in for a very long time. They have a RED SCANNER!!!!!!!! But guess what it is out of order.

Oh my! Today was my first serious CVS trip. I'm so thankful to all of you for helping me out that I had to share what I got! I don't have all the details like what is in the first post, but here's the general info:

What I got:
Pringles (2 cans)
Afrin Pure Sea (3 boxes)
Colgate Max (1)
Skintastic (1)
Easter grass (2 bags)
Easter baskets (2)
1 Gal Dean's Milk

What I paid out of pocket:
$1.15


Coupons used:
$3/$15 (2)
CVS gift card from prev prescript (about $9 balance)
$3 Q Afrin (3)
$.75 Q Colgate
$1/2 Q Pringles
And I kept rolling over the ECBs that spit out of the machine.

I have one un-used ECB for $1.99 (so I guess I got all that stuff for free??!!)

I did four transactions (I let all the other customers go in front of me!). When I was finished checking out, the cashier said, "Good job!"

OMG I think I'm addicted! And the best thing... we actually use all the stuff I bought. Thanks for your help! I'll see you all next week!

okay, so has anyone seen that IKEA commercial where the guy runs out of the store, jumps in the car, and instructs the driver to drive quick, because he got such a good deal that he feels like he stole??

Well, that's what I felt like at CVS today during my first shopping trip, except I was only with DD 8 and she can't drive yet, so I was out of luck!

I don't think I did as well, as I could, I didnt realize that I should have done extra transactions like the PP did, in order to not pay OOP, however I guess everything I did get I do use in the house, and would have had to buy anyway, sooo I felt pretty excite.

here's what I got

coke deal got $3 ecb
3 bottles of excedrin and used 3 excedrin coupons (working out to be free)
5 JJ body washes and used 5 $1 off coupons
2 packages huggies wipes I didnt have any coupons but I use these anyways and then I got the $10 ECB for the JJ & Huggies Deals
afrin nose spray used $3 coupon and got $3 ecb
skinmates got $3.49 ecb
1 colgate maxfesh could not find coupon but got $2 ecb from it
2 bamboo baskets got $3.98 ecb
2 easter grass but the ecb did not print on my receipt?? don't know what happened there

so all in all I received $25.50 in ecb and I spent $56.86 OOP.
I also bought the sunday paper so I can collect some more coupons

so what do you think? How did I do?

I'm still all confused when it comes to ECBing, I've only done it a couple of times. Right now we are on an extremely small budget and I need face powder and concealer, can someone recommend the best route for me to take? If I find any manufacturer coupons or CVS dollar off coupons that I can use with my purchase (and where might I find those ) does that deduct from my total before the ECB's are given out or do they go by the retail price of my purchase and not count the coupons? Thanks!!!

Ask for a raincheck and make sure they write it so it will be free when it is in stock. If your store does not know how to do this call customer service and have them instruct the cashier.

I have to tell you I was disappointed by this. The tube is pretty small, and I ran out at 8 am this morning and there were only a few left. I got one on my card and one on my sister's but definately get a raincheck. None of my stores have the easter basket grass, so I got raincheck for those. And ps a lot of people are reporting that the limit on the grass is one, but our ad said two.

My store did not have the grass right after opening and they only had 2 baskets. It really irks me when they do not have the stuff to start the first day of sale.

my store did not have much in the way of baskets or grass either. Probably about 15 baskets and 10 pieces grass. Also when I bought the grass I did not get the ECB and did not realize till I got home. Don't know what was up with that.
