Don't mind and have done it. I might get flamed but I will be honest. I don't mind if it's one person. What I mind is when one person waits in line while others ride another ride and then join them in the line. We were in line for RnR before and there were two people in front of us. All of a sudden, 15 people (no exaggeration) came and cut in line right in front of us to join them. That, I have a problem with. The other time I think it is "acceptable" is when a little one has to use the bathroom. I have saved a spot in line when a mother and daughter had to do this.
I totally agree. Its the "groups" of people cutting thats a problem, not one person trying to get to his party. Honestly, he/she could be on their way back from the bathroom, getting a drink, or getting fast passes... there is no way to tell.

So it was 12:05, and you are supposed to show up for ADRs a few minutes early. We were a 5 minute walk from Le Cellier....so that meant we had to be out of there in, 10 minutes! Does that give me the right to push past the others in line in front of me? If the wait timr had been correct I would have been off the ride by 11:55 and been at Le Cellier in plenty of time. But because of those line cutters the wait was extended dramatically and went ended up at Le Cellier at 12:45.
On our second trip to the world, we hit epcot at rope drop, i scooted ahead of my wife and kids to get fps for soaring, i told my wife to wait at the entrance to the line for me to catch up, they actually got on line and by the time i got her on the walkie talkie they were about a 1/3 of the way down the line.
It didnt seem right to force my way through the line
