Actually, they should have started with the bazillion questions first about how many times you've stayed, how many in your party, etc. then when she came on the line she could have asked them all over again.

That was fantastic! I swear she sounded just like a real CM. My favorite line was the "You sound like water park people.". It so true.

My sister and her family are water park people. They'd rather spend each day at the water parks then actually go into any of the WDW parks.

That was hysterical I needed that today. It it so my DH, He said he wants to book asurprise trip tp Disney. I told him please don't do that let me take care of it. he would totally be that guy, when we went he had no idea there were 4 parks he thought everything was "all together". then his best line was oh I thought the countries in Epcot were a ride inside the big golf ball . I almost fell over. I just hoped no one heard him say that. Thank god I love him dearly....
