Good morning all or afternoon to our German friends We are another day closer to our cruise. We had quite a bit of rain here in Nashville this weekend.

Eric have the leaves started to turn and fall off of the trees there yet? They are starting to drop here.

I was hoping that maybe DCL would change the menu's before this upcoming cruise. Mike

Then I have to state that I don't believe that it's raining in Tennessee, because we get all the planet's rain right now
Yes, the trees are losing their leaves. And this makes autumn the busiest time for us Germans: As we are a very orderly and well organised people we have to collect all the leaves and mark them with numbers. This enables us to put them back to exactly the same branches in the spring

Eric I received your email Things were rocking right along this evening when I heard water dripping under the sink. A pipe had split so I have spent the last hour replacing it. Went to home depot to get a new one and it took a while to find the correct one. My house was built in 1953 so none of the plumbing is standard now Anyway, have it fixed and ready to go again.

Mary come on girl don't worry be happy. It is only 354 days until we cruise Mike

I have to go downtown today and volunteer at nurses for newborns. They received a load of diapers and we are going to repackage them so that those nurses (huzzies) don't take whole packs of them at once. Mike

Help ... Somewhere early in this thread I read that one of you guys was going to be on the Wonder around Halloween. Not sure who that was or I'd PM you directly.

Here is my problem ... we have sailed on the Wonder but at the time I wasn't into getting the pins. Now I'd reallllllly like to get the pin of the Ariel figurine and one that says Wonder with hanging thingy and there is no where else to get it but on the ship.

If you are sailing on the Wonder and reading this and would not mind, I'd like to send you the $ to get me the pins.

Eric, I have a ? - If you are sailing with Anja and celebrating your 10th Anniversary, is your ex-wife really coming along to celebrate too! Or are you just pulling my leg? (That's American for kidding us!)

For the rest of you guys - I did name-tags for the DIS Cruisears. Anyone want me to do the same for this bunch? ... Hope this gets some feed back.

Here is the link for the organization that I have been volunteering for Nurses for Newborns they have an office and nurses here in Nashville. The Nashville office was started by Kim Miller. She is the wife of tennessee titan player Fred Miller. I spent several hours today putting diapers into bags of ten.

no! I'm definitely not pulling your leg (BTW, I knew that one -You're barking up the wrong tree here ) We still don't know if they will find a shelter for their dog until then, but it wouldn't be the first time for us to spend our vacation together: We were in Denmark for a week two years ago and four years ago we were in Switzerland for another week. We didn't have a dirty divorce, we just split and went different ways. They were also on the guest list last weekend when we celebrated our birthdays (Anja killed a whole bottle of champagne with Roland). And last, but not least: I think they married in the same year, so they also have a reason to celebrate

Eric hope that Anja didn't have a headache after that champange Our first Disney cruise we drank a bootle before the lifeboat drill. Not a good idea. Hot humid weather and a stinky lifevest do not go together

Have you and Anja been to Grand Cayman before? It is a nice island, but does not have the feel of a tropical island and it is expensive. I haven't looked at the exchange rate versus the euro or the dollar, but it is definitely more expensive to shop there than St Marteen, or St Thomas. Mike

Cathy, I too am on the Halloween Wonder with Taswira. I'm surprised she hasn't been on the boards yet. I would be happy to get your pin, I'll let you know when we get back if I found it. You can pay me back with a drink next year, that will give me an excuse to hunt you down and meet you.

My kids are pin traders, so to save money, I get pins off ebay for 2-3 dollars, then they trade those for others when they get to disney if they don't like them. I have not seen Ariel on ebay though.

Looking forward to meeting you all in less than 51 weeks.

Hi all! Thanks to everyone who stopped by the website. Any comments or suggestions always welcome. Dan & Scott - dinner definitely sounds great. E-mail me with a date and time and I'll contact Myra, Kathie, (& spouses?) Won't know for sure if I'll be joining y'all until probably next spring or early summer. Have to wait for those "agent rates" to post. Now we all get to settle in for a long winter before the final countdown to sailing. I'll stop by again soon. Thanks for the kind words everyone. Yes, I have been in a post cruise funk and to add to that...our first week home the oven quit working, the roof sprung a leak, DS got a bad case of travelers upset tummy, and a job DH thought he was going to get(a big one -lots of $) feel through!Why do things like this happen when the saving account is so tapped out??
BUT..things are looking up!

JNoel...I hope you can join us in 2003!

Eric..I loved your story of numbering the leave so they can be put back on! Too funny! I heard on the radio today a German man was awarded about 600.00 because the bathrooms were not working on a 2 hr train trip he took. He complined that it caused him severe pain!

Cathy...the name tags were SO GREAT!It was because of my "RellingTwin" name tag that several Dis'ers who did not join the sail-a-way party spotted me! I'll do lanyards again if you will do the name tags!

Anyone want to guess how many Dis'ers will be with us by the time we go???I'm betting we hit 200!!

TwinAve ..I LOVE the idea of an additional DIS meet someplace a little less crowded. I love the excitement of the Sail-a-Way, but I did not get to talk to everyone. Too much going on!Maybe Sat night after dinner(s) on deck 10??? I know... DECK 10 @ 10. Too bad we are not sailing on 10/10/03..then we could have it on
10/10 on deck 10 at 10pm!!!!



There is a shuttle launch scheduled for early Oct 2003! (The 3rd I think) so keep your fingers crossed....maybe it will be delayed a few days!

Have our fingers crossed for your roof, oven and George getting a big fat job with oodles of bucko's. Hope that your DS is feeling better and we are looking forward to cruising with you again. Just one request. Make sure that you and Ave have a shade of difference in your hair colors again next year. If not got that I would not have been able to tell you girls apart.

Cathy good luck with your item for later this month I hope that someone on the wonder will be able to get the pin that you are looking for. I am up to my knees in pinheads We have our fingers crossed for another shot at viewing a shuttle launch next year at the holiday inn in titusville again. Kathy and I sure enjoyed watching the atlantis take off with you and Art.
