CRT tax & gratuity

I booked CRT for lunch. 3 adults 1 kid. Should be $125 right? When I reserved she quoted a price od 149. Why? Can anyone help?

Yes, they would have added tax - not sure about gratuity, but I THINK I read a post before that it is included now.
