We have February 2022 reserved but the crowds look high so we're thinking of changing to early November or December why is February so high

My guess is many people who delayed/cancelled trips in 2020 and 2021 are hoping to go in 2022. That's our situation and many others on the Jan/Feb threads are similar.

It depends on what you are basing your "crowds look high" on. It would be next to impossible to predict how the crowds are going to look that far out. In the past it was a little easier but now days, all bets are off and past data is useless.
