I just called the number (407-Wdisney) I've always called to book room only... and after being on hold the person I got was rather rude when I only wanted room ressies and she put me on hold for CRO...

Who did I reach (which department)?

WDTC - the wave of Disney's future... I actually had a really good conversation with a WDTC person recently, but I definitely picked up some "vibes" that the end is in sight for CRO.

I asked the WDTC person I spoke with if "Disney" recognized the dramatic differences between the WDTC and CRO policies. She very kindly commented that they are just trying to fall in line with the rest of the industry. I asked her about Vegas (typically 3 day cancellation policy) and she said that was Vegas :-)

If you feel strongly enough about 45 day cancellation policies and everything else that is looming then I would encourage everyone to provide feedback to Disney. Alas, they have a monopoly when it comes to all things Disney so ???? but it doesn't hurt.

CRO is a 5 day cancellation, right? I guess that part of it doesn't bother me, but the attitude I encountered did!
