Critique my last minute strategy?

Parents decided to go with me to Epcot last minute. Managed to score some decent FP+. I'd appreciate some input on our plans. I've only been to Epcot once, and it was not peak season. We will be there on June 15.

Arrive for Rope Drop (7:30 am is the plan)
9:00 go straight to Test Track at RD
Grab breakfast at Starbucks if we have time after TT
10-11 FP+ for Soarin' (none of us have ever been on it since it was closed when I went in Feb 2016)
11:15 FP+ for Spaceship Earth
Lunch at Sunshine Seasons
Living with the Land
1:00 Journey into Imagination (or should we switch this to The Seas with Nemo and Friends?)
The Seas with Nemo and Friends
Coca Cola tasting
Ellen's Energy Adventure
World Showcase for the rest of the afternoon/evening

I think this is a great idea If TT has a long line or you want to do it again there is a signal rider line that normally is not longer then 30 minutes and some times shorter. There is a night time show around the lake that is really cool to see I would find a shop about 30 minutes before ( if you do not mind sitting on the ground) or you could find a bench about an hour before it is really cool and there really is not bad spot but some paces are 3 or more deep so I would just keep going back into world show case until you find a good spot.

I would keep JTI for your FP and then get a 4 one for Nemo as I do not think you will have a hard time getting that one.

Here's hoping! If it happens, I'll be thrilled. If not, it will be there when I go back in December. More importantly, I get to ride the old version of Soarin', which I am stoked about because I've never been on it ever!

I'd consider moving the Spaceship Earth FP to later in the day. Sometime between Club cool and Ellen's energy adventure. this avoids having to backtrack to Future World West to finish touring and enjoy lunch.

There are no more Spaceship Earth FP+ available for the day we are there. I'd wanted to change them to the end of the day to catch the ride on the way out, but it says stand-by only when I try to modify it.

there are so few FP options that Spaceship Earth is becoming harder and harder to get. Anyway you can move the Soarin to after 12?

Good plan.
I am assuming your parents (or others in the party) have not been to Epcot before. If so, PLEASE make sure they get a taste of Beverly (Italian). Tell them it is the best thing there and keep your camera ready. You WILL NOT be disappointed in the fact you will have the most priceless picture in the WORLD.

Depending on time you may be able to knock out LWtL and lunch before heading to Spaceship Earth, although you may not be ready for lunch yet if you eat breakfast at Starbucks.

Just realized Joy and Sadness are there. Any thoughts on when to do the M&G? I was super sad that they weren't there last time I went!
