Does anyone have a system for finding the shape you want to cut? I have 20+ carts now. It is really a hassle to pull out each one to figure out which cart has the thing I am looking for. Plus, sometimes, you have to pull out the book because everything is not listed on the back.

I'd love to create a spreadsheet that lists everything from all the carts -- then I could just do an excel search to find what I am looking for, but I don't have the time to it or the motivation. Has anyone come across a spreadsheet or have a good system?

There is a yahoo group that has a spreadsheet. I can email you the links if you want.

Okay, I thought I had your email address, but I can't find it. PM me. I have the excel & a word doc I can send you.

In the yahoo groups it is called Cricut_Chatter. You have be pre-approved to join, but it's not a big deal. They just want to be sure you aren't a spammer trying to post bad things.

There's also a group called Cricut Cheat Sheet. The sole purpose of the group is to distribute A-Z lists of shapes cross-referenced by shape and cartridge.

I have and use the lists. They are pretty awesome and the owner is quick with updates.

Is the Cricut Cheat Sheet group also on yahoo? I would be very interested.

Sorry! Yes, it is a Yahoo group. I like it because it is only the cheat sheets. There's no banter or posting or anything.

Also, If you have DS there is a search feature there. It is a pretty good one too!
