Cranberry Sauce

We always have the canned jellied cranberry.

I don't care for it, but dh likes it.

Canned jellied all the way! We go to a family friend's for Thanksgiving, and one guest (elderly man, our friends' kids' surrogate grandpa) always makes his special homemade cranberry sauce. Not sure what's in it besides whole cranberries, but I find it incredibly bitter; my family doesn't like it at all, so I always bring a can of the jellied sauce. I like the canned with whole berries, too, but DH and DD don't, so jellied it is!

We have 3 different types. One is the jellied canned and what ever is left is spread on leftover turkey sandwiches. I make whole berried cooked sauce and a raw ground rel
ish with oranges, celery, walnuts, cranberries and sugar.
