CP on a halloween party night?

So, since LTT doesn't have characters anymore, dh and I are reassessing where to go to dinner the night of the halloween party. Do the CP pooh characters dress in halloween costumes at dinner on halloween party nights? and if so, what hour do they start?

I don't think they dress up. The only place that did was LTT.
