Photo pass military discount?

Years ago, pre covid, WDW offered a discounted military photo pass that could only be purchased once the military member was at the parks. We have some military friends that are going next week and I was wondering if the discount still existed and if so, what is the current procedure to purchase it? Thanks!

There is a discount I think it's $98 but not sure. You have to purchase at the ticket window.
