I saw something on a different thread that the original owner of the DisneyQuest voucher has to redeem it for a (same day) ticket using MB and then anyone can use that ticket. Seeing as how it would expire that same day, you'd have to do a bit of planning to make it all work out (or just hand to random stranger while at DTD)
