DS is safely at college in NY. Kind of hard to leave him way up there, but at least I know he has all the provisions he needs for the next few months. Thanks to my couponing and stock piling he should only need to go to the store for fresh stuff. Yep, his pantry shelf is full and there are plastic containers under his bed with paper goods and personal stuff. He told his roommate "well, if there is a blizzard, we're good. I think my Mom is a prepper."![]()
Got a fat envie from Carlyzmom last week, so this was a good one to send to U.P. North! U.P.North, the post office lady assured me that my scale is measuring weight just fine -- I was using the wrong option though (need to use "package" size instead of "letter" size.) Stamped the envie this week, please let me know if there are any postage due issues!!
Just popped in to say Hi and I miss everybody!!We are moved and sort of settled. It was a whirled wind tour. The bank wanted us outta the house in 2 weeks instead of a month! Soo I had to pack an entire house and move it in 2 weeks. Took us 2 days to move everything staying up till 3:30 am
but we did it. Son didnt seize TG that was a HUGE worry for me. Kids love there school and well the dog isnt a happy Black Lab at this point. We have no yard
He likes the leash but didnt understand he had to go potty while it was on him.. my poor boy! He is getting better though. I hope in the next week or so to be more settled and ready to jump back on here again. I am clipping and saving coupons to add when I jump back on. Whoever is doing there rain dance can S-T-O-P because the Florida Monsoons are enough already
Anyways hope everyone is doing well and I am planning a sneaky trip to DW in Dec if all goes well. Wait till I tell my Hubby

It's Tonya!
It's good to (almost) have you back.
It's been way too serious around here for the past few weeks without you!
Glad to hear the kids are doing well even though your Black Lab still needs a little extra time. How's the baby kitten doing? P-L-E-A-S-E send some of your rain up here. We haven't had more than a sprinkle or two since June. The grass is crunchy!
