I just priced out a room only and my room was less than rack rate online. I didn't ask for anything specific like any sort of discount.

I made a new reservation, was super polite & very dumb & had an AWESOME CM! I was open to any deluxe or villa resort. YMMV. i did not have a reservation in the system already.
