How much off rack rate, and what resort?

I am pricing WL and Poly rates for November. They are definitely coming out lower than rack rate but the amounts are weird. Like, a weekday in Nov. for WL is $380 rack rate and the discount is $321. That's not even 20%--doesn't make sense.

WL at Holiday time (Nov and Dec) never seems to get as big a % discount as other DeLuxes. It is very popular during that time. I think it is more around 20%-25% usually, but who knows.
