Coral Reef - Personalized Menu

I just spoke with Reginald from Coral Reef, and he asked me to send him the pictures and information I would like on our personalized menu. What kind of things do people put on them, I have no idea! Do they just put a picture on the cover or something?? HELP?!?

I did this in Sep for my 3 yr old. It wasn't a special occasion or anything, so I just sent random pictures of him and they put on the front Nemo and Friends says hello! I just told them he loves Nemo and gave them his name. He was so excited to see his pictures when he got to the restaurant. Plus it was a nice souvenior to put in his memory box.
