Copy of deed?

How can I get a copy of my deed for OKW? How about for Hilton Head?

Also, I've seen several threads regarding how to change a title in Florida? Does anyone have the name of a timeshare title/closing service to handle Hilton Head?

For the WDW based DVCs, look on this website: Orange County Deeds I don't have a web address for Hilton Head records, try searching for the website for that county.

Here is a link to the Beaufort County records. At this time, I can't find our deeds listed - but they have been there in the past.

Disney also informed us that it can take 60-90 days after closing for deeds to be recorded in Beaufort County.
