Contemporary in December for FL resident?

I am a Florida resident and am planning a "long weekend" trip to Disney for our first MVMCP event. I was wondering what the Florida resident rates have been in the past for the Contemporary and for the moderates like Port Orleans French Quarter.... can anyone tell me what FL. resident rate they got for those hotels last year?? Also-- if you DID stay in the Contemporary last December as a Florida resident--- are the Tower rooms available for that discount ever?? thanks!
