Hello! I am new to this forum and have been reading about Connections. Can someone please explain what this program is about? Also, would you recommend signing up for the 30 day free trial? Any feedback that you can provide will be helpful! Thanks and have a great day!:D

I found the information here on the disboards and followed up with a trail membership. I order Quick and Causal Lunch vouchers on Sunday. On Wednesday they arrived at my house. Then today I cancelled my trail membership. I was ready for the long process of listening to a sales pitch and understand its purpose so I was patient and "kept to my guns" politely stating there really wasn't enough available for me to continue with my trail membership and I need to cancel. After a few more attempts, the person at Connections gave me a cancellation # which I wrote down along with his name, time, and date. I hope this means I won't be erroneously billed.

I'm sorry you asked about the program. Others can tell you more but I went to Connections' site, which doesn't tell anything unless you give them a credit card # and will cost $1 to try their program for a month after that your cc is billed for $79 a year (I believe). Connections offeres discounts on a variety of things but I only wanted the vouchers since we will be staying a couple weeks at BCV. I figured prepaid meals at Beaches and Cream is a logical eating place for our family. I did look at the other offers but nothing interest me so I cancelled.

I am thinking of joining again. We used only 2 vouchers (Q&C) not that great of a deal unless you like the prepaid thing. I did however like the gift cards for Toysrus and local restaurants. It was like giving a $25.00 gift card and you paid only $20.00. Does anyone know how much park hoppers are through Connections??

Im a member of Simple Escapes--just like Connections. I really like it. I rec'd 2 $50 Wal-mart gift cards to join. I buy the restuarant cards for $10 and get $2 back. I keep several cards for Olive Garden/Red Lobster or Bennigans on hand for when we eat out. I usually have a coupon too for $4 or $5 off--so on top of the 20% savings Im already getting there is another few. Used the Toys R Us cards for Christmas shopping. We use lots of Target cards and Blockbuster cards--and they make great gifts. I have not had any problems double billing or receiving my cards.
