We have never had a connecting flight before so would 1&1/2 hrs between connecting flights be enough time? (We are flying from Syracuse to MCO and stopping in NYC at JFK airport). I always read about people missing their connections. We have always flown direct from Toronto to MCO. I'm just nervous about it, I don't know what to expect.:scared1:

Should be OK, depends on if there are any delays on the way in but given an on time arrivale 90 minutes is plenty of time. The one time we flew through JFK on Jet Blue we spent over an hour taxiing to the outbound runway. There was a huge back up. For that reason alone I'll never fly through JFK again.

We've connected at JFK on JetBlue a few times, usually with under an hour between flights, and have never had a problem. The new terminal is really nice.

All the JetBlue flights arrive and depart from the same terminal at JFK. 90 minutes should be more than enough time. JFK can get backed up, especially as the day goes on, so I'd deplane as soon as you are able to, go to your departure gate, make sure you're checked in, and then you can make a restroom stop, or grab a bite to eat.
