Ok, we're going to need a few groceries when we get to BWV...I thought we would use the grocery order form on the DVC website, but as I'm researching on this discussion board I've only seen people talk about wegoshop, garden grocer, ect. Does anyone use whatever it is that's offered on the DVC website? Am I missing something? (First trip as DVC members! I may need some educating!) Thanks, any help appreciated!

I had asked the same question months ago and was told the groceries come from the resort store so you pay the higher prices and the fee , although I've never used the service!

We used the DVC groceries order form on our last trip in Oct. The prices are higher and I think that they do get them from the resort store. But it was nice to have the food in our room and put away when we arrived. This trip we are getting them from Garden Grocer. I have only heard good things about garden grocer. I will let you know how it goes with them. Hope this helps you.

We considered using the DVC order form for our trip in December, but ended up going with wegoshop.com. Some of DVC's prices weren't that bad (others were pretty high), but too many of the items we needed just weren't available through DVC. We had 14 people, though, and that might make a difference. If all we needed were some snacks, I'd probably go with DVC. It sure would be more convenient.

298 days and counting . . . again!

We also used gardengrocer last August for the first time and had absolutely no problems. Would not hesitate to use them again. Besides the limited selection through the DVC resorts, the main reason we did not go through DVC is that you cannot get 24 pk water bottles which is what we really, really wanted (2 cases).

DVC prices were just higher and I wanted specific items. Used wegoshop last May and was very pleased.
