Confused about ADRs -please help!!

I think I have this right . Because we have split our VR trip into two different resorts stays with two different reservation numbers, I am guessing that I cannot make ADRs for the whole eleven days when our first 180 day mark arrives tomorrow. As we check out of BLT and into POR after 5 nights, I am assuming that I can book ADRs for the first five nights (while staying at BLT) when my 180 day window opens up tomorrow but must wait until Friday when it is 180 days from check in at our second resort (POR) before I make the ADRs for that five day stay. Am I right?
Also, does anyone know what the number is for booking ADRs for large groups? The majority of our ADRs will be for 15 people!!!

That sounds right. I do have to say though I've had trouble trying tomake reservations for even 10 people and although it may work out you will probably not be guaranteed to be all seated together or even the exact same dining time. I think larger groups fall under "grand gatherings" but I've not dealt with them. Good luck!

I've made ADRs for 20 with no issues...I didn't even call at 180 days out. We're under a grand gathering though, not sure if you've registered as one. When I call, I call 407-939-7675, and say "dining reservations".

You shouldn't have any trouble!
We're eating at Sci-fi, Crystal Palace, Raglan Road, OHana, Chef Mickey's, Tusker House, LeCellier, and 50's Prime Time as large groups

I had to call Raglan Road directly because we're a large group and give my credit card, but it wasn't difficult at all. There are a few places that you might have to do that, but the dining reservations line will tell you.

The last time we went we were a group of 12; we had no issues the whole trip. We were never split up and we had some great meals.

How do I register as a 'Grand Gathering' please?

Hmmm...when I originally called to book DF and I (resort reservations I mean), I informed them we would be a GG. You don't all have to book at once. Then we got a grand gatherings number, so every time I called to add someone on at the resort, I gave them the number. Our reservations are now all linked so we should be close to each other (although DF and I want space and put a private note on the grand gathering as such!).

I'm not sure if you can get a GG number if you go another route?
