I know this topic has been touched base on a bit already. But I would like to know from whom has sailed concierge before, what are the small things you request that makes your vacation that much better (free or a cost). I am talking outside of the excursions and on board activities that you might not find advertised as a service. Like a certain drink stocked in your fridge etc.

Hi. I asked for milk to be put into the fridge as I drink a lot of it in the morning and during the evening. Also asked for an accessible table at dinner ( am a wheelchair user ). Also little things like they sorted out issues with the dining I was having. I found them brilliant!

I'm not sure if this varies by stateroom category (I was in a Cat V on the Fantasy in Jan) but we were told by our stateroom host that they could not restock our fridge. They did mention that we'd be able to get whatever we'd like from the lounge. It wasn't a problem for us as we were just a couple of doors away and the beverage/food hosts were wonderful. The concierge hosts were also able to make last minute cancellations and reservations for us. The one time my husband mistakenly called Guest Services he was told that they're were no refunds. I told him to call Concierge and it was taken care of no problem.

You may have also seen it somewhere else here, but with Concierge they can also take you directly to the tender boats once the ship is ready if you don't have a pre planned excursion or if you wanted to be on shore early. We didn't have to wait for the CD to announce general boarding for the tenders.

One other thing I haven't seemed mention is that if you do a photo package, the concierge will pick up the usb and/or pics for you on the last morning and you just pick them up in the lounge. The line at Shutters on the last morning is ridiculously long and I thought this was an awesome perk.

we love that they do this as we hate to wait at shutters also.

My wife loves the Burison(spelled it wrong) cheese from palo and asked for it in the lounge. They put it out everyday after that and everyone loved it and they also left us some in our room:)

We requested caffeine free diet soda, and for our one sea day we asked for an "english tea" set up in the afternoon. Scones, cream, jam etc.
we really felt spoiled.

My husband likes to drink some type of cider (beer). When he didn't see it as a choice in the lounge, he asked if they had any. The bartender not only got this particular type of cider for the lounge but also a few extra for the room. He didn't ask for them to do that, they offered.

Regarding the tea service: Which ship were you on?? Did you have this in your cabin or in the lounge?

For the Star Wars movie we got all the seats for the showing we wanted and didn't have to enter the lottery

They printed our Airline Boarding Pass for us--which Guest services will NOT do unless you booked the Airline Package.

Small thing but saved us even more hassle than what usually attends the SW counter at Orlando Airport!!
