Concierge Level CR

Hello Everyone:

I'm back haven't been posting for awhile been busy at work!!!

I have made a reservation at the CR for June. I was wondering what kind of service will we get on the concierge level.

Can anyone tell me what is served (food & drinks). Activities for my girls.....
Is it really worth the extra money????

What floor are you on? 12th or 14th?

We were on the 14th floor. We had wonderful service. The staff was so nice and helpful. Food was WONDERFUL. It was so nice to watch Wishes from the concierge lounge while having dessert & coffee. They piped in the soundtrack. Your fridge will be stocked daily with soda's & juice.

There is a difference between the 12th and 14th. I don't know which floor it will be.

I am just wishing out loud and wondering what kind of service for the $$$$.

Is it worth it???

Food what food and refrige???

I'm not unfamiliar with WDW but I am not at all familiar with the fancier resorts. I see so much about concierge here on the DIS boards. Can someone be so kind as to explain exactly what it is?

Concierge is a lil bit of pampering that can be a fun indulgence.
The pluses vary from resort to resort, but the basics are:

1. Expedited check-in
2. Varied food and beverage service throughout the day
3. Concierge Cast members who will make your PS for you, suggest activities, arrange rides to places, etc.
4. Expedited check out
5. Room delivery for souveniers purchased in the resort.

My personal experience with WL was that it was the BEST time I've had in a Disney resort. You sould like me in that you do a lot of staying at FW...up until this trip, that's been where I've always stayed on site. The WL has the best perks of FW (woods location, boat transport to the MK, quiet) with the perks of a deluxe resort. Concierge dresses it up a bit.

We had to use our room key to even access the concierge floor. There were snacks all day, with liquers, wine and beer in the evening. Any of the PSs that our Concierge CMs made had us seated instantly in the restaurants as VIPs. Any packages we had delivered to the resort were on our bed 24 hours later. When we didn't know where to go, the CMs would always direct us.
