CONCIERGE for Poly, WL and AKL?

Hi, just started planning our spring break trip and thinking of concierge at Poly, WL, and/or AKL. A little surprise I have for DH. Where can I find out what is served at these reosorts concierge? DH loves O'hana, will there be anything from there at the Poly concierge?

Poly is your best bet. Friendly concierges, every night has a theme but the menu is always subject to change.

Your also right by the boats to MK, walking distance to TTC, easy access to both pools and if you stay third floor lagoon view, you can see wishes right from your balcony.

I have been to AKL and POLY but not WL. I prefer AKL for the theming and the extra service that I observed between the two. The poly is a good choice if you want to be on the monorail, though. And the pool there is a bit cooler than AKL.

The concierge service at the AKL is the best that I have experienced. They meet you at the front and whisk you past check in, your itinerary is pre printed, they have the concierge guest sunrise safari (at an additional cost, but well worth it) and now offer a sunset safari with a dinner a JIKO included.(also at additional cost...we are trying this one in October) The food is wonderful and quite extensive at cocktail hour and the breakfasts are wonderful too (continental with fruit, smoothies, etc). Wine and desserts in the evening. For us, we received much more personal service at AKL than at the POLY, with pre planning phone calls and emails. I know POLY offers this but I did not get it.

I've heard great things about AKL & Poly concierge. So many, that we're splitting our next trip between the two!

Don at AKL concierge has been helpful and wonderful with all my early planning concerns and questions.

I understand AKL concierge is undergoing some changes beginning in January and that they'll be doing some renovating. You may want to stick with the Poly as I think that's the best choice out of the three you have listed. It's a full size lounge, nice food offerings and an amazing view.

If it's the don I'm thinking about it, he use to be at Poly several years ago and could talk like Donald Duck. I love Poly just the lounge area is very nice and when the fireworks come on they dim the lights and you can hear the music in the lounge.

I have been speaking with Don at AKL and I do think it is the same Don. He sends his emails listed Don as in Donald Duck. Very impressed with the service he and Juanita have been giving me.
