Concierge collection?

Hi!
we are planning to stay in hawaii By Concierge collection,
Hawaii maui lani bay or Kapalua bay

This is first time, I use Concierge collection,
Is it easy to make reservation?

I know that It is very hard to meke reservation for World passport
collection, in Hawaii as our requests date.

Please advise to me.

I havent reserved Hawaii, but we did stay at the Plaza Hotel in NYC on points.

I called member services and they said they would call me back in a day or two...... 20 minutes later they called back and everything was set.

I think you will find that the Concierge Collection is much easier to use than the World Passport Collection since you are not dependent on an exchange with a member from that resort.

I had baby so that We can not travel to WDW,
It is too far from JAPAN as We live in Japan

I am planning to Vist in Hawaii, it will be not so far,like WDW.


After making reservation for the World Passport Collection,
They will adivise to us about exchange,

I face the problem, I am only one person who can speak engilish
and they can not accept e mail reservation.

May be, I will choice Concierge Collection

I would not be surprised if you emailed them that member services would be able to find a cast member who spoke Japanese who could help you with your reservation. You might still need to make an (expensive) phone call, but you might increase your chances of getting the type of reservation that you want. Good luck!
