Complaint to the Disney company

I have a question regarding how and where I should direct a complaint to Disney. I have been to Disney World a total of 5 times. My fifth trip was my sister's first. Now my sister loves the villains. (Go figure) And I couldn't get her near the Princesses. Now besides me and my sister I was with my mom and my cousin. For most of the trip I did stuff with my cousin and my mom with my sister. But on our seventh day there, I wanted to spend time with her by myself. We went to Epcot. I planned on introducing her to Jasmine in Morocco. Well, by the time Aladin and Jasmine came out we were first in line. Aladin was pretty nice. But Jasmine was very rude to my sister. She gave her an autograph, ect. But she did not acknowledge my sister at all. She didn't say hi, she didn't smile, she didn't say a word. My question is does the Disney company take complaints seriously and if so where do I direct it to?
My only concern is this Jasmine most probably doesn't work there anymore given it was three years ago.

If this was several years ago why didn't you complain then? What can WDW do at this point? Do you know what day and time this was so they could pinpoint the CM?

3 years ago and you want to complain now? I'm not sure how seriously they take complaints but I don't think they will seriously consider a complaint about something that happened 3 years ago.

I think it's unrealistic to expect somethign to be done if this event happened 3 years ago. 3 weeks? Sure. Maybe Jasmine was having a bad day, maybe her handler motioned there was another guest waiting and she felt the autograph was enough.

Might have been Universal ,Knotts ,Seaworld

Are you sure it was Morroco?

Might have been Kissimee,Anahiem,San Diego

You know after 3 years others have been confused on the details of a trip

Im not sure what you can expect to happen after this long. You were in the line to get a character autograph, and you got one. Dont see much of a problem with this. Yet after 3 years you want to complain that Jasmine didn't smile directly at your sister? I really dont see how anyone can take this complaint seriously after all this time.

You honestly can not be serious. After 3 years, you can not expect to give a complaint and have it taken seriously. If you wanted something done, you should have done it right there on the spot. You should not have waited 3 years. That is a bit extreme if you ask me.

Come on now.....3 years ago?????Let's get real here.....the CM's come and go....you should have complained the minute it happened...3 years??????? They wouldn't even have a clue as to who it was at this point in time...next time something happens that you feel was incorrect behavior on a CM's part....report it immediately.

ouch u guys. a simple "i think that was too long ago to voice a complaint." would have done just fine. There's no need to be that mean, it's not like he said he sliced off mickey's arm. Harsh. I hope not everyone who comes to you for help gets that response, even with a "stupid" question.
