I had bought a bunch of those 50 dollar DCG from Best Buy last month, but had to have them all mailed to me since my store had 0 50 or variable load in stock. One got lost by FedEx and Best Buy sent me a replacement. 21 days since it was declared lost with 0 updates aside from FedEx having my package in my delivery center the package was just plopped on my front porch. The package was in great shape, so I guess it just fell on the floor or stuck in the back of a truck for a month almost?? Lo and behold it was activated (since I didn’t think Best Buy could deactivate a physical card). Free 50 dollars for me!! Is it sad I’m very excited about this?

FYI Best buy may come after you for the cost. Had that happen when an item I ordered was ‘lost.’ I took the refund but when it was subsequently delivered I got an email from Best Buy demanding payment.

I don't know that it's "sad," but I would personally contact BB to see what they recommend. If it's reported stolen, you may be testing fate if you try to use it. That's me, though; we're all different, and a lot of people wouldn't want to waste further time and energy on it. It would bug me and wouldn't feel like I wasn't entitled to the freebie unless I have confirmation that it's safe to use. Idk

Just got home from local Sam’s and got 2 of the $200 for $185. There was a ton of them.

I’d be tentatively excited. I would contact BB and ask what to do. If they say keep it I wouldn’t register it to the website or combine it with any other gc at all.

I had this happen with a Sam’s dgc order a few years ago. I was refunded it showed up a few weeks later. Sam’s told me to keep it. I kept the gc’s seperate and used them fine at WDW. Even though Sam’s rep said keep it, I didn’t want to risk someone down the road at Sam’s reporting it stolen or whatever and subsequently getting my other gc funds locked since Disney will freeze the gc and any gc the funds were transferred to.

Wow. Maybe they have a program in place due to the amount of high cost items they sell.

So I didn’t get a refund they just sent out a replacement. Also I’m dumb and immediately used the gift card without combining it or anything for 50 dollars towards my Christmas Cruise this year. Am I somehow going to be blamed for it? I can always pay 50 dollars more to DCL.

Has anyone who ordered physical cards from giftcards.com around Christmas time received theirs in the mail yet? I ordered 12/23 and got a “your gift is on the way” email on 12/24 and have not received yet. No tracking available. Wondering how long I should wait before contacting support. I have usps informed delivery and it hasn’t popped up, so I’m thinking it’s either moving really slowly or was lost somewhere.
