) On some of our charts, the government likes to separate out the city from the rest of the state too, as NYC has a different set of factors that are different from the rest of the state.
We are well aware that deaths are a lagging indicator. Statewide, our infection rate is down to about 1.3%. We've had several days of days at only between 5-11 deaths. (I actually hadn't gone back as far as the 11 deaths.) Again, we had ZERO deaths on Saturday. WE NEW YORKERS are celebrating this milestone whether others agree or not.
