Coke Rewards - Movie and Restaurant.com Question

My family is planning on 4 nights pre-stay at THVs in July prior to our Disney cruise. We are not planning on doing the parks.
SSR is in walking distance, although about 10-15 minutes, from DTD.
I would like to purchase the Movie tickets to use at DTD for our upcoming trip.
Does anyone know what the name of the theatre? Is it AMC?

Also, thinking about purchasing the $100 restaurant.com GC. Has anyone done this and can they recommend a good restaurant? We will have our car so don't mind traveling off site. We won't be there on a Sunday so cannot use the House of Blues on cokerewards.

For the Coke Rewards you want the AMC tickets available as a reward. That is the only thing I redeem for and we use them at DTD all the time.
