This thread is to post reviews of the coffee places in Disney World.

I will start:

Boardwalk Joe's- Location: Disney's Boardwalk Date: April 2009 Grade: F
I got a large latte with an extra shot and it cost $4.50. The barrista said she used to work at Starbuck's and she hoped the latte at Boardwalk Joe's would meet my standards. It did not. It was horrible. The espresso was strong and metallic tasting, and the steamed milk was watery tasting. I threw it away.

Coffee Bar in the Swan Resort (sorry I don't know the name)-Location: Swan Resort Date: April 2009 Grade: D
I got a large latte with an extra shot and it cost $5.50 plus tip. The espresso was good and the milk tasted good, but the milk had been steamed to such a hot temperature that it blistered my tongue! I have never had a latte that was so hot! It was ridiculous. I had a blister on my tongue and could not enjoy eating anything the rest of the day.

I know that Disney is known for serving instant coffee/Nescafe at most places (I have no idea why they do this). But, if you eat at the Dolpin at Fresh, they actually have Starbucks! Everything is very good at this restaurant. It is NOT on the Dining plan, but there is real coffee there.

I was wondering how the lattes and such are in the park? I saw that they are offered now, but have never tried them. I'm hoping they don't make them with instant coffee as well.
