Codes For After July 3, 2003!! POST INFO HERE!

Mary W. has updated Mousesavers with some "teasers" about this package so maybe it is true.:D Also, just make me even more nutso, the Disney reservation site has gone all flukey. Do I really have to leave to pick up the children from school or should I just let them wait until this package comes out?

This is the first time I have EVER gotten APs. I really needed to save money for this trip. Man I will be really stressed if they come out with a great pkg. and dont have any AP codes. I hope they have something for us AP holders.

On mousesavers it said late summer through fall. Is July 12 - 19 considered late fall?

Sorry if the question is stupid!

That is probably more within the time frame they consider late summer.

Where are you guys seeing the 'teaser info" on mousesavers.com? I just checked and I don't see anything on the home/first page or under WDW/resorts. Thanks!

Never mind! I found it. I used IE instead of AOL and there it was.

Call me jaded and cynical but I think this "fairytale" package is just that - a fairytale. I just find this rumor of of 7 nights for the price of 4 a little hard to believe BUT I hope it's true. The wait is killing me.

Jaded,

I did a little checking on the other message boards...the person that is posting the info about the "fairytale" package is an agent with another internet travel agency. I have to think there is some credibility to it....

Does anyone think the new package will be good for suites?

I know they are not normally discounted but you can book a suite on the Disneyland website with this buy 3, get 5 promo or whatever they are doing?

These possible discounts do they mean buying 4 days at rack rate and getting 3 free -- then the park passes are included? Can anyone clarify how it will possibly work so I can decide if we will go this way or AP's? Also what if you are going for more than 7 days?

Ooooohhh, I am too excited. I don't DIS for one night- (studying for law school finals right now- 1 down, 3 to go) and look what happens!!! And then I get the planing DVD in the mail today!

DOn't those Disney people know I really HAVE to study! (But if I fail, then can go to work at WDW....no, must pass, get job, and buy DVC...)

We are supposed to be going in Dec with 2 borrowed children (cousins) but this might make us change our plans. Geez, they are messing with my head.

And, I have two $100 gift certificates to Disney Resorts from Lexis. (research system, gives rewards points to law students)....has anyone used these type of things before, and if so, will they count towards a package?

TIA, let's hope its soon for codes so I don't fail out of school ;)

What about us people with AP's. I can't believe that the one year we get AP's and of course the packages have to be discounted. Go figure! Does anyone know if there will be some kind of room only discount as well?

puffkin,
I know how you feel. I was planning on purchasing AP's too but now I am not so sure. It figures that since I was planning on AP's Disney would come out with some great package making me rethink my carefully laid plans. I am also the reason the stock market tanked.

jadedNYer-
LOL, now I know who to blame for the stock market. We have 3 trips planned in the next year, including our honeymoon, so AP's are still the way for us to go. However, our trip in July was supposed to be a cheap (relatively speaking) get away. Now with airfare sky high and great package discounts but not room only, I am starting to worry that i am spending too much and maybe this trip really wasn't meant to be. I am just so sick of worrying about this trip. I hope the package deal is a great deal for everyone else:D , but it really doesn't help me out:(

Im with you. I thought Disney was suppose to make you young again.
I think I have aged 5 yrs. in the last month or so!
My first time with APs also. I bought them early because I heard there was going to be a price increase(NOT).
Oh well I guess Ill just pray alot and get older faster. I didnt think anything but my boys could make me age faster
I guess I was wrong about that too!

Puffkin -
Keep checking the airfare as it seems to fluctuate hour by hour. The airfare for the flights I wanted from LGA to MCO kept going from 465 (for three of us) to 612 on AA (of course now that I actually have the tickets they will definetly go bankrupt or change to prop planes). I am a really nervous flyer and refuse to pay over 500 for a 21/2 hour flight that will probably take 10 years off of my life.

I wanted to get AP's to squeeze in a winter trip plus a 2004 early summer trip and also my nine year old will turn ten in six months as nine year olds are wont to do and then he will be a full fledged adult in Disney years.
