Wow, that shot is amazing. A black lab against a black background, and every detail is sharp. Your daughter is great. Is she looking to make photography a career?

I'm passing the info on to my sister - she's involved in a feral cat rescue group, but she supports all animal causes. Hopefully she'll pass this on to her contacts as well.

Thanks for getting involved in the contest! Every vote counts! It is so much fun hearing about people, friends, strangers, communities, schools, etc, who are having a lot of fun by getting behind a candidate or two in this thing. Really, it's a pretty amazing thing!

Yes, Alex is a student at the Kansas City Art Institute (hmm, I do believe Walt studied there!) with a major in photography.

Ziggy was discovered at our local animal resuce league and it was love at first site. I love it when I get to "baby sit" him, because he is a riot!

HI all, I have a favor to ask....it is another voting opportuniy....but, you can only vote once a day so it shouldn't take much valuable voting time away from our Dis CMOers. My daughter enterd her dog in a contest with the humane society. Simply to to the below link and enter his name - Ziggy- BUT, you must click the word search...hitting enter doesn't work. Anyway, you should be able to quickly find a beautiful Black Lab whose photo was taken by my daughter at her college photo studio (she is a great photographer!) , and vote! I would really appreciate it!

My CMO thought for the day:

IF I were CMO, I would make all you guys (and whoever else wanted to be) CMO for at least one day of the year for about the next 5 or 10 years. Yep, a different CMO every day, or every few days, everyday of the year!

It is a dream job after all and I think that would make a lot of dreams come true...not only for the CMO, but for all those that they dream...a huge ripple affect!

Only 1 requirement: the vision/desire to dream and share with others!
